Poor Construction
I put it on within minutes of delivery and it did seem to help. However when I removed it two hours later in accordance with the instructions I noticed one of the seams was held together by a single thread. I'll try to see it myself, but it is clearly not constructed properly.

Might be cheap knock-off
I don't know, this but might be a cheap Chinese knock-off, 1st off it don't look like the one in the video which looks a lot larger than the one I got and barely fits around my leg, 2nd it does not have the "L" or the "R" on it , so I am guessing where the center is for my kneecap. As far as if it works? I have it on for the 2nd day and I feel a little relief, but it could be that it is healing on it's own.

Did not work for me
Sorry,I could not get this to work for me.I tried wearing it several times with no change in my back or knee pain.

I'm not a really large guy, we couldn't get this done without cutting off circulation
