Came clean and well packaged. The box was surprisingly small. The boxes fit inside each other which allows for the smaller space. This does just what it's supposed to. My wife is better able to plan her meals and quickly know what size the portions are supposed to be. The shaker cup did not come with an agitator included. Still works the same, it just took us some time to determine whether this was a mistake or correct. Great product that serves its intended purchase well. We would certainly buy again.

So the bowls are great! I had to buy replacements for the one from my 21 day fix...but the shaker cup doesn't have a ball or the grate in it to mix up anything so it's just a glorified drinking cup? It's totally not useful so I advise you to buy the set without the shaker cup.

These containers are easy to use and can be used by those who want to follow 21 day fix it meal plan. I do meal prepping on the weekends and use these containers to portion up carbs and protein ( ground beef or ground turkey). Once you start to use them on a regular basis it becomes easier to portion your food.

You get what you pay for. The pamphlet that comes with it is not very informative or helpful. It just lists suggested for foods for each container. After talking to a friend who bought the 21 day fix version she showed me her pamphlet that went further into detail. I was under the impression you could just fill each container with as much said food item you can fit. According to her book some foods were a smaller portion or set amounts. For example 10 baby carrots is a vegetable serving... Not filling the vegetable container with carrots lol. Also you get a shake container but nowhere does if mention what kind of shakes or how many you should have. If you're looking to save money then this is a good product, you'll just have to do more research elsewhere.

This product is NOT as described. I paid more for this item because the pictures show the menu/information of what food to place inside of the containers. However, it does not. Also, the meal preap bottle is below average. The bottle smells terrible, its cheaply made, and certainly not worth the extra 10 dollars you pay. The meal prep bottle does NOT come with the metal ball inside. I DO NOT recommend this item. There are cheaper ones.

I was excited for this product, it arrived today but without the guide. Very dissapointed, because now I dont know how to properly use these containers.

I bought this because I was trying to get into a better eating habit. This helped with portion control, while still giving me exactly what nutrients I needed to eat. I love that each container has a specific size and type of food you need to include. It makes setting up meals much easier! I browsed pinterest and google for some ideas and there are SO many! I will forever be thankful for the seller making a product like this. My life has been changed!

I love the product, I needed extra containers for the 21 day fix program and didn't want to pay what beachbody wanted. This product was offered half price on prime day so I bought it, for some reason they charged me full price :(. Not happy about that but a great product nonetheless

Exactly what it claims! Wish the shaker cup had the swirly metal ball like the ones from a health store (i.e. GNC) but for the price this is amazing! Exactly like ones from 21 day fix program.

At first, they seem too tiny for food portions, but once you actually use them, you find that they are adequate and really help with controlling the portions of certain food groups. It means you don't have to weigh your food nd you are eating the correct proportions in your meals. I found my carbs intake before using these were far too high. I would highly recommend these for anyone who wants to lose weight or just watch their portions for medical reasons etc..

These are very good for measuring your food on a portion control plan, such as the 21 day fix. The lids are not as secure as I'd like, and some leakage does occur if transporting liquids/wet food. Other than that, they are good!!

Great little containers, never seen the 21 Day set however from what I read these are the same size. Very good quality and the shake bottle is awesome! I plan to order another set so my husband and I each have one!
