Very Helpful - Good Customer Service
I filed a claim on line but was unable to set up and “account” - kept getting an error message. When contacted by phone the agent was very helpful and finished the claim for me via phone.

It went smoothly after I understood the process. I had to submit info and photos, then log out. wait for email confirming review, which came quickly. log in again and complete claim online. wait for email. then login again and finalize. However at one point I chatted with support and the said I needed to call another number. But in the end I was able to do everything onliine.
