saved me lots of money
living I New England salt eats away at concert in the garage so instead of replacing the floor, I just patched it with this product. it works wonderful. it is a bit different color then the original concert floor, but I am ok with that as It has held up well.

Not actually Top N Bond
"Vinyl Concrete Patcher" is a different product than "Top N Bond". Although a good product, it should not be sold as Top N Bond.
