GREAT add-on!
I have another aftermarket head unit in a 2006 Cayenne. This adaptor restored the functionality of the steering wheel controls. Installation was quick and easy. Great functionality at a great price.

Works for a 2004 Porsche Boxster w/Bose But Requires Some Modifications.
The plug with the ground, 12 volt, and accessory has to be cut off and spliced into your radio wire harness for this to work. My car did not have that plug. The optical cable plugged in no problem. Super simple once I figured out the issue with the piece I had to cut.

Works for 2009 GL450
Have a GL450 with optical sound and upgraded the radio to android 11 and this worked like a charm.IMPORTANT TIP: the ACC wire should be connected to the ACC wire output radio you’re installing NOT the car’s harness - for Mercedes at least… or you’ll drain the car battery overnight. Don’t ask me how I know that lol

Missing wires to connect to canbus over most
This works nearly perfectly with just the occasional time I need to power down and power back up to get it to work when there is no audio. But my issue ends up that CANBUS for the headunit is over most bus on my car. There is a third connector I suspect is for the canbus connection but it never came with a cable for it. If the seller could reach out to me and give me some support. I will gladly revise to 5/5.Thank You
