Are these the king size?

No....these are the regular original size .

Why was my purchase for fake red rizlas? these are not the same quality that i used to buy at the tobacco shop.

I've been rolling Rizla for over twenty years. Sure over the years they've changed a bit....but these are not fake...they are the original size / "medium thin" papers. So not sure what your shop was selling. Perhaps the more thin blue rizlas or longer red ones.... All I know is these are authentic.
