Great size for our 2 year old, ice pack keeps it cool enough for a few hours, the interior tray pops out easily to wash in the dishwasher and has not warped at all after multiple washes so it still fits easily into the container. The seal is great—no leaks. We haven’t put soup in it, but watermelon juice has stayed in its compartment

I bought this Bentgo bento box for my daughter starting kindergarten and we love it! Very durable and sturdy. Vibrant colors and a good size that fits in lunchboxes. However, the box says ages 3-7, and the latch is too difficult for preschoolers to open and close independently, so beware if that is your intent in purchasing. It would be a great option for older elementary age.

Excellent design, spill proof design works, I like the built in ice pack feature although this, of course, makes the box heavier. Still would recommend if it fits your needs. My kids love having food in each little compartment. It also helps with portion and variety. My 2 and 5 year old were able to figure out the lid latch. Feels durable and strong material. Overall very pleased.

I love these lunch boxes. Perfect for 5 year olds to 100 year olds. We bought 5 of them to meal prep all week. Easy to open, stays cool, very nice quality that can take abuse. My main concern was a latch that was too hard to open but these are super easy to open. Perfect size for a lunch bag or just carry it. Can’t say enough good things about this!

We've used this brand of bento boxes for years and love them. Just ordered this style because it was on sale for a good price and I love that the ice pack fits in the box. They were significantly smaller than I was expecting- probably not the right portions for my 11 year old, but I didn't read the capacity very carefully so more my fault. Would be perfect for 3-5. Both my 7 and 11 year olds wanted to keep them so I decided to just make it work and we can always add things to their lunches. But then my daughters stained horribly the first time we used it. I'm hoping I can get it off with baking soda, but I hate to have to do that every time we use it. Will probably just have to be careful what we put in it and not just throw it in the sink with other dirty dishes because the stains are from watermelon put on the inside and some kind of tomato or enchilada sauce that was in the sink when she threw it in when unpacking her lunch. So maybe just don't get a light color? Anyways- just a bit disappointed because we've always loved these and been able to get them perfectly clean. They did keep their lunches cold and there was no watermelon juice leakage between the compartments, so those features work great.
