I purchased this to help with recovery for a lower back strain. I've tried several other braces and while some offer much more support, the smaller size of this compression wrap (it really doesn't feel like a true 'brace') is much more convenient for wearing under your clothes as well as transitioning from standing to sitting without it being too obtrusive. I'm able to wear it comfortably all day (and even at night) which is a great reminder to take things easy as anyone recovering from a back injury knows, it's very easy to aggravate again. It's a bit warm but it's also winter and the extra heat on my lower back actually feels pretty good. For an initial back strain that's still quite painful I'd probably recommend something with internal support and better coverage but for the latter stages of recovery this product works quite well.

There is no way for me to write enough about this back support. Truly life changing for me. Seriously. I have struggled with intermittent and crippling back pain my whole life. Until I got this. When I feel my back starting to hurt now I grab this and put it in for a couple hours under my clothes and next thing I know I’m fully functional again. As I aged I noticed back pain happening more frequently and preventing me from being able to participate in activities I’ve done before. Haven’t had to miss anything since I got this. This latest one I got was for my mother to help her. Best gift I ever gave her. This is it! This is the product that will help with your back issues. I am so grateful for this product. Also important to mention that it’s so lightweight you can wear it under your clothes or while sleeping

This is my third time to purchase this brace. (The first two I have given to friends after loaning the braces to them to relieve lower back discomfort.) I use the brace to provide pressure support when lower back tightness remains after a day of heavy lifting or a long drive. An hour or two later I usually no longer need it. The tightness or soreness is relieved.

Good and does its job but the only problem i have with this product is if it is made for bending why every time i crouch or reach for something it goes up all the way to my stomach and doesnt stay stable. And i bought the right size for my hips. Works good if youre only standing up all day and not bending.

Just arrived about an hour ago. I already wrote a glowing review to company. Fits perfectly. Very comfortable. Have not touched it since opening package and putting it on. very pleased with this brace. will be wearing on cross country flights. literally everything I had hoped it would be. Copper Compression is a good brand, and this product is exactly as advertised. I had sought opinions from prior purchasers and all replies were positive. I have not had this brace for very long, and I hope the life span will be good, and fully anticipate it will be. Velcro seems very secure. Very pleased here.

Comfortable but fery warm. Be prepared to sweat a lot when wearing it!

Over the past two years since my back accident, I have had sciatica on and off, been to Physiotherapy and back and yet nothing seems to give me long lasting relief, until I found this product. Once again, this brand proves to be amazing and getting what it says on the box done. At first I didn't notice anything, but as the hours went by, I started to notice my back feeling lighter and more relieved. 24 hours later, I'm doing the things I used to be able to do with minimal to no pain, no effort at all. I cannot believe that this product has managed to provide me with this much relief. It is a soft, but strong material, I can tell this quality will last for a very long time. It is so comfortable to wear, I have worn it cycling and for stretching and core training and it has really helped to support me during these exercises. I have already had my back examined since using this and it has been confirmed that my tension is becoming less already. Things that were noticeable are becoming harder to find. I highly recommend this product and it's brand to everyone. Sizing is perfect too btw, I have exactly a 38 inch waist and there is still room with the smaller size.
