this is not a moisturizer or gloss, but to put under your lipstick as a sort of primer. It really helps smooth out any cracks in your lips, so they are not as noticable after liquid lipstick application. It does help extend the lipstick, but mostly just makes the application appear smoother, since liquid lipsticks tent to show ANY cracks or lines in your lips.. I do wear it alone sometimes, as it give my lips a sort of matte look, with a slight pink tint. But because it makes my lips appear smoother, without drying them out, it is a win alone as well. It does not moisturize, but it does not dry out either. I normally lip mask at night and will apply this in the day, even if i do not wear lipstick. I just really love this product. I have used it for a couple years now and will continue to.

It’s ok. It smells good but takes a minute to dry on the lips. Tested it with the “teddy bear” sheer lippie from the same brand. Didn’t seem to make much difference. However I noticed the box I received had been opened & the person who opened it put the product back in the box upside down. But it wasn’t used or anything

I bought this primer because I saw many rave reviews on this site and others. It did not work for me at all - it dried out my lips and didn’t improve the look of my lipstick. I didn’t like the feeling of it at all, I’d rather have to reapply lipstick. Total waste of money for me. : (

I've tried a lot of different products that claimed to keep lipstick lasting without feathering.... This is the only product that lives up to what it claims. I purchased several because it's usually out of stock. Keeps my lipstick lasting without feathering.
