I think it is. I got it for its use not where it was made

Q: Has anyone used this journal with a fountain-type pen? Does the ink show through the paper?

If it is a thin pen tip, it will not bleed, if it is a thicker pen tip, I think it will bleed a little

Q: Is this note book manufactured in China ?

This was a great purchase considering where it was manufactured. Paper is good quality that it does bleed onto the next page when writing, even with a felt tip pen So impressed after I had bought one, I then purchased one of each colour. For what they are, excellent value for money and if a prime member delivery is next day, and will fit standard letterbox.
