Absolutely love these! After foot surgery I need a supportive insert. This insert gives support and comfort while on my feet all day. It slides into my shoes nicely and is easy to take out. I even got my spouse a pair! I’ve purchased several and grateful for affordable and durable inserts.

Context: I have neutral arches (not low or high) and I suffer from ball-of-foot pain specifically on my left foot.I was playing around with different insole designs to see what could help relieve the pain, and I struck gold with these. The arches are quite high and rigid; the first day or so were a bit uncomfortable but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I read that you need time to adapt to new insoles. I’m glad I did. These insoles have now turned my most uncomfortable pair of sneakers to my favorite. My feet feel very supported, and I don’t get that ball-of-foot pain I usually get. I can’t speak to durability quite yet since it’s only been a week or two, but I’m pretty satisfied with this purchase. Try it out!

Just got these, so can’t speak for durability, but the quality feels nice. They have a good shape as far as arch support goes and seem similar in firmness to a pair of $75 inserts I have. I trimmed a little off the toe as they were slightly long for shoe, but now they fit great and don’t move when installed.

Feels like good quality with good heel and arch support, but the metatarsal pad is very aggressive. Material was good enough that I was able to grind off some of the padding with a Dremel to adjust the fit, but I think it will impact longevity since the top layer was lost to the modification. If you only want a bit of metatarsal support, I'd suggest looking for a different set, but if you need a giant pad under that region of your foot - this is the insert for you!

So far this orthotics is working well in my regular shoes. I need to try it now and I walking tennis shoes to see if it will help the pain in my upper part of my foot.

Love these inserts. Walked all over NYC for 2 days and my feet did not ache at the end of the day. I interchange them in all my tennis shoes so it’s convenient and comfortable. If they wear out I will definitely purchase them again!

These are a life saver! I’m 5’3 and weigh 200 lbs. I have spinal stenosis, herniated discs and plantar fasciitis. I bought these inserts bc I cannot afford $200 orthotic shoes. I even have a pair in my Ugg slippers! They cushion my sore heels, they help my flat feet and they’re made well of durable materials. I did not have to trim mine. They’re sturdy yet comfy and are super functional. They fit in my sneakers, slippers and my slip on viral sneakers. I recommend if you have sore tired achy feet or spine issues!
