This product has so many great benefits, it’s vegan, easy to digest, has no after taste. It really helped me boost up my energy and I felt energetic throughout the day. The only cons are that its a big capsule but overall its a great substitute for beets. As long as it doesn’t leaves my hand dirty, I will take it.

This product is a supplement. It was easy to swallow, and the price was market price. It takes several months to see any results and you would need to check blood work to see if it is doing what it should. It also must be used along with a healthy diet, which I have because I am vegan, and exercise, which I do because I work out and also am a dance instructor. I like the company, FRESH NUTRITION they make a very good product.

I love that I have more energy!! 3 capsules a day. Easy to swallow. I had no idea beets were this good for you and it’s great to be able to easily reap the benefits in capsule form. I’m not sure if my circulation is better. I’m assuming it is by the fact I have more energy!! The best part is I don’t feel jittery or hyper, I just feel really good.

I love this brand because their products are so affordable and have very simple ingredients. I'm not a fan of beets but they are so full of great vitamins and minerals so this has been a fantastic way to add extra nutrients to my diet through whole foods, without having to taste beets! My only complaint with this brand is the vegetarian capsule. They list it as "cellulose hypromellose" but with a few minutes on Google it wasn't very clear to me what that means it if it's even natural. I got mixed information.The capsules are fairly large so if you have troubles swallowing things it may take some practice, especially since you are taking 3 at a time.For affordability and simplicity, these are fantastic! Worth a try if you're looking to add to your nutrient intake.

I felt a huge difference in my workouts as I was able to complete a workout and not feel totally drained. My blood pressure has gone down and I hope to be off meds soon. The flavor was good , easy to swallow and you are getting value for your money for sure. I will buy this again!

I would NOT recommend this product for someone who already has low blood pressure. First day i used it i worked out and felt pretty good. The next few times i used it i would get winded when talking to people and walking up steps. When i stopped taking the pills this issue stopped. So be careful for those of you who work out a lot and have low blood pressure like i do.

I am not a fan of beets but the benefits of consuming them are real. These capsules are perfect. They are slightly large, but they are not difficult to swallow at all. There is no funny taste to the coating. The main thing that I have noticed since I have started on these consistently is an improvement in my overall energy levels. I used to be dog tired by mid-day. That is a thing of the past now. My energy has skyrocketed and I couldn’t be more pleased. These capsules have definitely made a difference for me. I would recommend them!

These beet root capsules are great. I have high blood pressure do to excruciating pain and they have helped lower my blood pressure immensely. I also have energy from these pills. No taste or smell. They start to work after a couple of days of taking them. Definitely drink alot of water and take 3 prior to eating. They absorb much better on an empty stomach.
