I am no pilates guru by all means, but I do like to work out and I love yoga. I tried few pilates classes in the past and I loved how similar it is to yoga yet so different. I loved all the props we used in class and I decided to continue practicing pilates at home. I found this pilates ring by Sport-It and I was ready to give it a try. I was lucky enough to get it at a deep discount for sharing my opinion.Sport-It pilates ring is light-weight, easy to store, and it seems pretty sturdy. I haven't tried another pilates ring, but this one has left a wonderful first impression. The ring came fast and well packaged. The foam and padding are comfortable and there are no signs of early wear and tear yet. The resistance isn't comparable to a weighted piece of equipment but, compared to a metal product, the ring still provides an ample workout, especially for a pilates newbee like myself. Aesthetically speaking, I bought this for quality, not appearance, but since the quality met its mark, I love that the company makes different color options, although I got a black one.Sport-it customer service went the extra length to check in with me and made sure their product is satisfactory.

This is a great little piece of equipment. It doesn't have the resistance of the steel Pilates ring I've had for almost 15 years, now, but it will be a lot easier to carry when I travel, and it's very comfortable to use. More resistance than the other ring I bought, which I'm giving to a friend.Sport-it was very attentive to delivery, as was other company I ordered from, and the ring comes with a stretch resistance band and an instruction booklet and link with both beginner and advanced exercises to do with ring, and with combo of ring and stretch band.

I always worked with the Pilates Magic Circle and they are usually pretty difficult to press together. These ones are very soft and quality is not the best-

Not strong enough, easy to break.

Not quite as represented. While the handles also have foam, it is very thin and behind it is hard curved plastic. May be great for some Pilates exercises, some are downright painful (between thighs /knee's for one) because the molded hard plastic is not covered sufficiently. Will be returning and looking for a better padded or softer material handles.

Even thought I returned the article bcs it came damaged.I received a new one plus a refund in less than 48 hours.The ring works great. It is resistant, fits in my suitcase, is light and I can store it anywhere. All and all, the perfect complement I needed to work out at home, at the hotel and at my local gym.

Used one in a class, so I thought I'd get one for my home. It's much stiffer than I expected, so I don't use it as much as I had thought I would
