Great back stretcher! Works wonders! Very easy to use and comes with a few different ways to use it! Nice and small will fit under most beds. Easy to take apart as well for travel

Does stretch out the back well
Plastic seems durable enough. I've tried all 3 settings and the lowest works best for me. The magnets don't seem to do anything, they could eliminate those and reduce the price without losing any functionality. Other design flaw is there should be detents to keep the upper part from sliding sideways - not really a problem during use, but be careful how you pick it up to move it. It does stretch out the back and I can feel the pop when laying on this if my spine is out of alignment (which I was never able to feel from the inversion table I had prior).

I've only had it for 3 hours so far!
As I am writing this I have just received this product. I set it up and used it two times and each time was less than 3 minutes. I have been using a pull-up bar with weights, and inversion table, a back puller that connects to a closed door and decompresses the spine, and I sleep on a flat hard surface. I could never sleep on a regular bed without feeling some sort of lower back pain and I would have to wake up at least after 5 or 6 hours of sleep. I ordered this product and paid the 2.99 to have an expeditedly shipped to my house within less than 24 hours. I have had it for 3 hours so far and all of my back pain is gone in the lower back area and I could belly dance if I wanted to. Before I do my workouts I will sometimes do a light warm up and rotate my hips clockwise and counterclockwise and when I used to do that there was this tiny little feeling in my back that gave me a sense of uneasiness, as if my back was going to break or something. That feeling is finally gone and there is no sense of uneasiness anymore. I've spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours, literally, trying to get this lower back to feel normal and finally with a piece of oddly shaped plastic, that has magnets embedded in it and little pokey things sticking out of it, I am now sitting in a chair and just kind of moving my body around and there isn't a single sense of back stress. If there is a single product on Amazon that does its job this is that product.

It’s ok
Just ok. It will definitely stretch your back however the rubber strip along the center is rather flimsy not sure that it adds much value. Same with the magnetic pressure points. Other than a stretch of my back I did not feel any significant pain relief. The value I see in this product is increased flexibility. Sometimes increasing flexibility will naturally support pain relief however the acupuncture points on this do not seem to target any pressure points specifically. The same pain relief can be achieved through simple PT exercises with no cost. This device is very useful for gradually expanding your back stretching if working towards strength and flexibility for yoga or general wellness. If you are looking for this as a seating/posture option, look elsewhere. The strap provided to attach to a chair for better posture is not attached and there are no clear instructions or slot points to feed through. In other words it’s rather useless you just feed through the wide open points on either end. In this case without fitted slots there is a lot of room for slip to either side resulting in an uneven and uncomfortable posture positioning. Without a fitted slot to hold this securely in place the gap in the back of an office chair means it’s useless. In a fabric chair or recliner I would be concerned this hard plastic could catch on the upholstery and tear it. I wouldn’t even consider for leather furniture.I had hoped to use this for my office chair as a posture corrector but the strap is useless. Too short and no proper fittings to hold securely. I have a Steelcase standard sized office chair and this strap is not long enough to stabilize properly if assembled vertically or horizontally along the back of the chair. I also have a Herman Miller Aeron which has a wider back and this would never fit around. Thankfully the HM has its own adjustable lumbar support it is only provided here as an example for sizing purposes.I am small 120lb so do not have the weight limit concerns however I would be cautious letting someone over 200lb use this device because it is made of hard plastic and held in place by matching hard plastic slots. I could see this giving way or failing to hold up over time, posing more of a danger than a benefit to larger folks.Overall this is just ok. I had hoped to use with my office chair to improve posture and that was a no go. The other reason I purchased was for stretching. It served this purpose well enough. This device helps with attaining more flexibility in these times of sitting at home and I am using as part of my warmup workout routine. The price was right but the numerous benefits and uses in the product description are too good to be true.

At the lowest setting, this thing injured my back considerably
Wife wanted one of these to help with her back for a while. I didn't know what to tell her i wanted for Father's Day so I said this thinking she could get me something that would be useful to her, lol. I don't even have a bad back and rarely ever have back pain unless i pull something, and even that is only temporary while it heals. I tried this thing out as soon as it arrived. Had it on the lowest possible arch setting. Slid it up to my lower back area while seated, as per instructions, and then slowly stretched backwards onto this thing. I went slow since the board is QUITE uncomfortable and lowering yourself slowly just comes naturally. At about halfway down my lower back SCREAMED at me causing me to want to sit back up. I was unable to due to awkward position the board forces your back into. I ended up having to roll off sideways and could barely stand up. My back hurts so bad right now, i can't properly convey how much over this comment. I was fine prior and for the last year at least i have had no back pain. I had to pull myself upright with the edge of my coffee table and barely made it onto the couch to type this review. My wife hasn't even seen it yet and I want to throw it in the trash. I don't know how to tell her it is a terrible product because it will make her feel bad about giving me a bad Father's Day gift, but at the same time, if i say nothing she will use it and be in as much pain as I am in. Terrible product.
