I can tell this fully works. I am a trained Acupressurist, so I know how to test supplements with the innate intelligence of the body. I was getting my decades old neck spasm, assumed it from lack of potassium, dropped two of these into my palm and instantly the neck spasm stopped. This is the body telling me, this product and quantity will solve my issue, then I swallowed them. And have been using them, instead of potassium pills since. I live in a 100 degree climate and walk 3 miles a day in the evening. I am not taking these before each walk, knowing they take at least 20 minutes to dissolve and distribute, fully support this product.

Excellent product, excellent mix
This product has an excellent mix of supplements and easy to take. I take this about once a week to not overdose with my other daily multi vitamins. Taking this makes sure I get some of the supplements that I miss in my diet and that are not at high doses in my multi vitamins. I'll purchase again.
