Will this cable work for connect TV to internet router that has Ethernet port?

Absolutely not, these are meant to be used to transfer video from and HDMI source to an HDMI destination using an Ethernet cable, it is not meant to connect a TV to the internet. And by the way, they don't work well for what they were meant for.

Not working for me from nvr reolink to tv. using a cat 6 also?

There should be no difference between cat 5 & cat 6 cable. I suppose cat 6 should be better, but I ran 50 feet of old cat 5 & it worked just fine.
