Best Choice Products Linen Modern Folding Futon, Reclining Sofa Bed for Apartment, Dorm w/Removable Armrests, 2 Cupholders - Blue

The couch came nearly assembled. Just screw on the legs and set upright. It was purchased as a seating area in my 32ft travel trailer. We selected this one for the width and ability to get it in the trailer. My grandson that 7 uses it nightly. We have it set up as a couch during the day. Quality is what you don't pay for so don't expect a lifetime product. After using it for a couple of months I do notice a few items. The arm rest Velcro system is silly. I'm gonna remove the Velcro on the couch itself because the cushions don't stay and the Velcro will do it's damage to clothes and fabrics. The center pull down arm rest is not super sturdy and I won't use it for my grandson because it's not stable enough to not slosh about. The staples areas around the armrest are also coming apart and I saw a pointy area I had to fix. I point this out because of my other grand Babies and their little fingers getting stuck on the staples is a cry no one is trying to hear... Over all it's a solid four. It's actually serving it's purpose but it was purchased for a tiny home environment and a child and short adult to use / sleep on. All of my normal height friends kinda look like giants on the couch. I'm 5'2 so it's perfect for me and the length is okay for me as well. The padding and comfy sleeping is not adult friendly but I have a pad I throw in for my grandson. I hope this answers questions you may find while researching this couch. I purchased the grey and the look and feel of the fabric was a nice touch.

Extremely uncomfortable and very obviously cheap. Very small. MAYBE good for a bedroom or dorm room, I got it originally for my bedroom and even pretty small for that and forget laying down or sleep on this because it is SO uncomfortable even up to sit on. Cup holders would be a good addition IF they stayed in place, when put back they fall out every three minutes or the platform falls forward onto you if your sitting, absolutely no support, and if left out the holder moves around and tries to sink into the cushion gap, the cup holder platform needs velcro on the top and the bottom if you don't want to fight with it continuously to stay in place. It also stains very easily, like way TOO easily.. water should not stain anything but it leaves a clear stain even if you try to wipe it before it dries for some reason just leaves a dark spill spot forever. Again I can't emphasize how uncomfortable this is so if you still buy this anyways you'll at least need a mattress topper or something because it's like a hard silicone material (my best way to describe it). Also the velcro for the "arm rests" doesn't stick at all either and in the picture it shows you should have a little sitting space between the cup holder and armrests but with all 3 down there's no room to sit whatsoever. I just threw the armrests out because they don't stick, uncomfortable, and don't fit, so what's even the point. I guess the only good thing about this is it was decent enough to put together, and the color does at least match the picture.

I've had this for over a month now. I want to say it took maybe 3-4 minutes to assemble. Most of that is unboxing it. If you sent me another one, I believe I could assemble it in 30 seconds. It's literally 4 legs that screw in and that's it. Everything else is preassembled. I got this because I needed a cheap couch to last until I get something better. And it honestly looks pretty good for being cheap. The package I got came with two end tables so while my immediate thought was, "this couch is way too small for this room." The end tables helped fill the space. The biggest downside is comfort, which is really the whole point of a couch. The padding is very thin so it's not super comfortable to sit on, but the front edge is noticeably sharp. So if you lay down and hang your feet off the front, it digs into your calf. I had to buy an ottoman to stretch out my legs. I'm 5'11" and it's too short for me to really lay out on. And the arm cushions aren't even really arm cushions. So you can't exactly rest your arm on anything. I just used pillows to lean on. Again, I got this knowing it won't be as comfortable as a higher-end sofa and that it would be smaller than a standard couch, so I knew what I was getting into. This isn't even really a negative review, I don't super regret buying it. I only wish I had just opted for a much cheaper couch for the time being and just give it away when I get something better.

This couch gets the job done. Its somewhere to sit. It is not uncomfortable but I can tell its not going to last. The cushion area where you sit is not very supportive or firm. It does look nice, it was easy to set up and the style goes with a clean, simple style. If you are looking to have something new and don't want to spend a lot then this is a great option. Personally I would rather save up for something that is going to last for many years. We just moved into a new apartment and didn't have any furniture so this will be nice for now. I don't expect it will last for more than 2 years and still be something we want to sit on. The main issue I think we will have will just be that it wears down and is no longer comfortable.

Just for background, I am a 5'2" female weighing about 110lbs. I'd say the cushioning was okay the first couple weeks of extremely light use, but quickly became flat. If you're planning on laying it down to nap on, don't. The center beams between the upper and lower half are more raised than the filling so you'll be mostly laying on the wooden frame. There is a high density foam cushion about 1inch in depth with pulled cotton filling facing the cushion side. This is definitely not enough to support anything 80lbs or above for extended periods. I was planning on upholstering the sofa myself, but after opening up the dust cover on the bottom, I noticed the wood used was splintering, and pulling out the foam & pulled cotton wouldn't be worth the effort. Looks almost like a DIY sofa using cheap material inside. If this was around $150, I'd say it'd be worth the cost, but honestly, I wish I would have saved my money and went to IKEA or a furniture store. If you're looking for something to last more than a year, I'd suggest looking somewhere else. I'm a bit disappointed because the sofa is cute and is about the right size for me.

We bought this because we had enough space to add a small sofa to our bedroom. However, we have a baby, and his crib is in our room now. In the meantime, we put the sofa in our son’s nursery. When he’s a little older, we will switch it back. The sofa is pretty sturdy. Not the most comfortable to sleep on, but our intention wasn’t to sleep on it anyway, so we don’t mind that it’s not the most comfy to lay on. It is not heavy, so we can easily move it around to different spots. I think it looks great. Has great support. The color matches the photo. We are satisfied with our purchase!

Photos are of my 8 year old on it for reference. Pros- perfect size for anyone under 5 foot tall. Light weight and easy to assemble. Perfect for kids gameroom. Perfect for quick bedding for sleepovers Zipper pouch on bottom to store pillows and other items. Cons- too small for an adult. Cupholder is flimsy feelings and doesn't appear to be too sturdy when pulled out. Velcro is on cushions is the hard part and covered by a small thin piece of fabric that will be uncomfortable unless covered by more. Low to the ground so it doesn't really match "furniture". I was hoping it would be about the same height at least but I plan on changing the feet to see if that'll help. Overall, I think it serves the exact purpose I want. A temporary seat/bed for sleepovers and when we build the bigger house this will go in a gameroom or kid room because it is perfect for kids. I will say, this doesn't seem like it will last forever if you have excited, bouncy kids.

This review is for: Best Choice Products Modern Linen Convertible Futon Sofa Bed w/Metal Legs, 2 Cupholders - Beige. It is by far the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. The futon is very short for an adult to sit on. Your knees bend at almost 45 degree angle, causing pain to the upper pert of your legs. It is also very uncomfortable for your back when sitting on it for more than 10 min at a time.

Very uncomfortable

De buen tamaño, pero no tan bien acojinado, incluso se siente bastante duro al momento de usar como cama Tedioso de armar.
