Size really does matter...
I hope this can help others looking for bulbs!Purchased these in the “warm white” 100 watt version. I hate the bright blue of the cooler led’s. I love dimming bulbs and have tabletop dimmer slide switches and rotary dimmers throughout the house. A couple of years ago I discovered the Philips “warm glow” dimmable bulbs which are good. The more you dim, the “warmer” the color/hue becomes. They’re pricey but come in a wide variety of styles and shapes. Spent way too much money on them. Have had a few failures but overall satisfied.I like a bright-ass light in some spots. I have used the 60, 75 and 100 watt Philips bulbs. Here’s the rub. As you increase “wattage” you increase the size of the bulb. It appears to be a cooling issue of some sort. The base is larger and the whole bulb bulkier. I have a few overhead fixtures with glass covers/enclosures. I need bright light in these areas sometimes (shower, laundry, entryway). I can’t get anything above a 60 watt Philips to fit, as it’s a tight squeeze. Bummer, but nice warm yellow glow otherwise.I hunted around for higher wattage standard size bulbs and stumbled across these. Thanks to another reviewer for verifying the size (and product description, which we all know can sometimes be less than accurate, especially when multiple versions of item are available). These bulbs have a fabulous warm yellow light when at their brightest. As you dim, they become less warm and more cool. Like, at 50% and below, they def look like a regular “cool or daylight” led. Bummer. Also, The direct opposite of the Philips Warmglow. However, they fit in my fixtures because they are sized like a standard 60 w led.SO, in the areas where I have a need for a very bright light more often than a dim one, these are perfect. Shower, laundry room. I like the option to dim but I need to see what I’m shaving and which stains to pretreat! For that advantage, I will use these. Trading aesthetics for functionality. These are perfectly fine dimmed if you don’t mind the blue-ish hue. Beautifully warm when at maximum brightness. When I want a dim light for the bedside table or general ambience or something without size restrictions, I prefer the Philips, as it’s warm at lower brightness, but I can ramp it up when needed.Yes, I’m OCD and am very “discriminating”, read: picky control freak, as verified by my frequently puzzled husband. I see a wider variety of colors and hues than the average Joe, at least according to old art teachers and the dudes at the paint store, constantly giving me the side eye. And yes, I think too hard about inconsequential crap like this. If you’re like me, then hope this helps!Obviously I can’t speak to longevity, but coming in at a little under 3 bucks each, I’m well pleased thus far. Sure do with they held that warmth at lower brightness though! :)

Very bright. No flicker
I didn't measure exact numbers, but the lights turn on at about 60-70 volts. The brightness range goes from off to full without jumps in brightness or flickering.100% will work with regular incandescent dimmers.

Flickers Horribly With Dimmer Switches
I was very disappointed with these bulbs that I purchased for a bathroom remodel. I specifically purchased them because they indicated they were "dimmable" without flickering from 10% to 100%. When I inserted these bulbs into new 4 outlet light, they wouldn't even turn on until the slider switch was almost to the top and when they did turn on, they flickered badly with my Leviton 6674 dimmer switches. I decided to buy some Amazon Basics 60 watt equivalent dimmable LED bulbs (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JLZN1QR/) and they work perfectly. They don't flicker and have a smooth increase in brightness with the Leviton dimmer switches. I strongly recommend the Amazon Basics bulbs. These Linkind bulbs are awful for dimming.

The dark ages are over!!!!!
Who knew the holes in the bottom of a ceiling fan can be filled with the contraptions!!! When I turn on the ceiling fan. These glorious magic globes of glass illuminate the room!! After the experiment placing these in holes in the ceiling fan, I started to see these holes everywhere including the bathroom and even outdoors. Who on earth could have known that the brilliant wizards of science had placed these round holes everywhere in hopes of 1 day being able to fill them with this device that illuminates? When I urinate at night, 90% of the stream now hits the water in the bowl. That’s easily a 100% improvement. Get yourself some magic globes, your quality of life will improve right immediately.

Bulbs need to be shipped properly
These light bulbs may be good but, i for a crushed package. How do you mail these in a plastic mailer? I figured because the bulbs are unlike glass bulbs I'd try them but they worked for a week then died, thought it was the lamp but it was the bulbs as the failed one when reinserted worked then today it died again. Really wanted to like this product. Ship the box of bulbs in a cardboard box.

Great bulb unless using touch on adaltirs.
I used the first one to replace a bulb in a lamp with a touch on switch. It contributed to go on and off and repeat no matter what I did. It acted like a flicker. This is a bedside lamp that has the original twist on switch I cannot use with rheumatoid fingers. We have plugged it into an adapter for touch-on lighting and this bulb does not work with it. I had hoped the dimmable feature would suffice. Otherwise we really like these bulbs and will buy them for every fixture using wall switches. Cheers!

Amazingly bright for the wattage; they do dim pretty well
The bulbs are direct replacements for 100W bulbs, but I think they may be even brighter. I don't have measurements of the color, but subjectively they seem to have the nice yellowish tint of incandescent bulbs. As advertised, they are able to be set to a wide range of dimming levels, but the ramp-up is not particularly smooth -- they seem to jump to an intermediate brightness almost all at once. They are better on the way down. I have no data on longevity yet, and probably won't in my lifetime! Very satisfied.

Works fine, but not as well as they should
These bulbs appear to work fine most of the time, but are very sensitive to variations in electricity in your home, and tend to flicker a lot. I had initially thought it was a faulty bulb, but they're all like this out of multiple boxes.Dishwasher running? Bulb flickers. Laundry machines? Flicker. AC pulls in? Flickering. If you have anything with a motor these flicker and essentially strobe.I replaced them with their Philips equivalent and the problems went away, and it wasn't an issue with the Amazonbasics bulbs either. I'm guessing there's a missing and much needed capacitor in the housing that would probably solve this.

Cooler than other 3000k
These bulbs are pretty white compared to other 3000k I have purchased. There is not much in the way of yellow warmness. They are also quite focused so in a shade they make a distinct line (see picture). When did light bulbs get so complicated?

They flicker
These are supposed to be dimmable but when running on a dimmer they flicker every few minutes. Tried 2 different dimmers but same result on each. I would have returned them but I was selling the house anyway so I left them behind :-)
