Wow! Beautiful bike. It has all the bells and whistles! My grandson was blown away!! Can’t wait to try it out in some actual dirt!!

This is a great bike my son really loves it. We did have an issue with the pedals and crank. However the customer service that this company provides was top notch. They were able to work with me and help me get the bike fixed. I did receive a refund for the broken parts. They were just amazing and easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend even with the few hiccups we have had. Highland was just so wonderful and helpful.

First let me say that I’m impressed with this bike overall. The frame design is nice and the details are better than others. It arrived in perfect condition, which I’ve had issues with in the past (other brands). These wheels were true as well, which is typically an issue with this price range. My only negatives would be the components. Bikes in this price range use lower quality shifters, derailleurs and brakes. As such, they are extremely finicky to adjust, but work fine for the most part. I made a lot of adjustments on this bike to get full gear range without rubbing or chattering etc. But, I built custom race bikes at a local shop for years, so it was easier for me. To be clear, all brands at this price use lower quality components, but that’s the trade off. My other negative is the color. The “green” option shown in the pictures show a bright green frame. It’s not. Not even close (see last picture of the “green” listed). The green you get is a darker “olive” green and nothing like the picture (see all my pictures). With that said, this green is really nice, just nothing like the pic in the listing. This is my second Hiland bike and both have been better than the other major brand on Amazon. So, do I recommend ?.. Yes ! Just don’t expect a competition grade bike. But, for the price point, Highlander is the best out there that I’ve seen.

This is an absolute Junker, it started making a squeaking noise from Day 1, after a couple of days the gears started to slip, now the chain is stuck and I cannot even get it unstuck. This is safety hazard and I almost fell down. Their customer service is also horrible, they will only do a partial refund for any issues. They even refused to take it back. Since this is a 3rd party seller Amazon has washed their hands off it. Do not bother wasting your money on this piece of Junk.

I bought this more then one year ago. I add some items in my bick , i change the pedal. and i love my bick. They have the best support team in the world. Thanks to support team again. Update: someone stole my bick😢

Bike feels sturdy. Assembly was easy. Rear brake rotor was bent, so a rubbing sound is heard. I am going to try and tweak it back to flat. Amazon only offered a return of the bike, and it isn’t worth that hassle. Tires are disappointing. Not very good tread for true off road mountain biking, but again, good quality for the money. An upgraded softer seat is pretty much a must. Shocks seem nice. Quick release front tire is nice. Overall I’m satisfied based on the price.

This bike is awesome once you take it to a bike shop and get it fixed for the gears, get them set properly. I tried I'm not a professional so I ended up taking it to a shop and had them do it. This thing's great on the trails love it if I need new parts or new one I will definitely be getting the same 1.
