How do you clip this on?

It has a clip on it and you clip it to your bikini.. but make sure you have extra hot glue handy because mine fell off easily

Do I have to iron this?

I did not iron it. When we arrived to our hotel, I followed the directions and opened it to “air it out” and fluff out the tulle a few hours before the bride used it.
