Does this light detect bodily fluid leaks($k££T)?

Not sure what you mean by bodily fluid leaks? I've used this to detect oil leaks (using dye in the oil) and gas leaks (with dye in the gas). Haven't used it for AC leaks. It worked quite well. I later purchased one that was smaller and could focus the beam, found that was more handy, and for the focused area brighter, even though overall the light had less power.

I just received this today.And it makes about 20% of my engine bay glow. How is that useful if almost everything glows. White paper envelopes glow..?

Ignore everything else, just look at your air conditioner lines, ac pump, ac dryer and condenser. The only other place there could be leaking is the evaporator, which is in the dash of the car, can't see it and very hard to get to. For that you would need a tool that sniffs for anti-freeze leaks.
