36" x 6.5 ft. Clear UV Blocking Window Film

I’ve had it on my living room window for about a year now. Installation was ok, but I’m concerned if it really works. I put my transitions glasses behind the window under sunlight and they quickly turned dark, which they do in presence of UV light. Inside my car they stay clear. It’s not a scientific test but it does give me doubt as to how much UV this film actually blocks.

Ok, but very thin

It's a UV blocking film, there's no way I can say today that it won't or that it will block the unwanted sun's rays which will discolor the fabric on our overstuffed sofa!
