Ok so this phone is a great phone with a solid build, decent performance and the battery life is great. On the downside the screen resolution isn't that sharp as some of the other phones on the market. The reason for me giving a one star is due to the fact that the screen broke within three months of use. My bad. I sent it off for a repair and the repair center held onto the phone for around a month without contacting me. I contacted Amazon and they said that they would get back to me within 24 - 48 hours. They didn't. Instead they sent the phone back unrepaired with the reason being for not paying, I was happy to pay but they never emailed me or contacted me for payment. Not very impressed with the repair service. The phone is good just don't get it repaired by amazon it looks like there isn't great communication between Amazon and their third party repair shop.

Perfect new phone - used charger? Emergency purchase to replace my phone, which I stupidly shattered the screen of. Arrived swiftly and as described, phone is perfect. However, the charger I received with the phone, in the box with the phone itself, appears to be a used item. It's quite scuffed and there's a rather obvious rattle inside when shaken- making me too sceptical and nervous to use it as I fear it may be unsafe. I may resolve to simply buy a new charger rather than go through the hassle of organising a partial refund/replacement. --- 2 Month Update: The phone seems more or less fine though I have noted that the bottom of the back panel pulls up slightly from the phone itself- which definitely should not be happening with a brand new phone. After laying it on my desk for a moment whilst I signed onto my PC, the screen began rapidly flicking on and off before acting like nothing happened. I am getting really suspicious of this phone. This phone is either a sneaky refurbish or a faulty product. Do not buy.

Good for the price. BUT when you have 32gb of storage it is not enough. When you Download alot of apps it gets full really quickly. Even though they tell you that you can buy an sd card to expand storage. You can buy a 32, 64 or even a 128gb. You cannot move the Apps over to the the SD Card. So they is No Point of having expandable storage on a sd card. You can only use the the expandle storage for pictures, video and other stuff but not apps or games. If you want to download new apps or games you have to delete old apps and games to make way to make space on your 32gb. Do not buy this if you download games and apps. It will get filled really easily. You need a least minimum 64gb internal memory. Spoke to Samsung and they say blame the apps and developers. Samsung Blaming them for not able to transfer over to the sd card. Samsung says for budget phone this is what you expect. Not nice as this phone was for my son who is 11 and his first phone. Looking to sell to get a minimum 64gb phone with internal memory enough to download apps and games without deleting all the time to make space.

Spend a little more, honestly. This isn't worth it. This is just a poor quality phone. Don't expect it to last you. It was ok for first 6 months, then a few issues start cropping up and then by 18 months I'm really regretting the purchase and now 24 months it wont turn on anymore. Showed a lot of signs, but now it is dead. But for the past year, sometimes it wouldn't even let me make calls. The most basic function of a phone and it cant do it. I click on call and just nothing happens (for all my contacts) I have to reset it to get the call function back and even that isn't guaranteed. I fail to receive calls all the time, I had a potential job interview say they couldn't get hold of me after several attempts at calling (and I had signal). It just doesn't notify me of things even when on Wi-Fi. There are some other problems as well and it is generally not that great (but also a relatively cheap phone), but it's the above point that really takes the biscuit. I'm generally tech savvy and take good care of my tech, so this isn't due to me overloading it with junk, clicking on dodgy links or any of the other general reasons why people mess up their phones. Just not built to last. Or I got a bad one, but won't be getting another Samsung next time.

needed an emergency phone after dropping mine in the bath and this was the only one with same day delivery. Was delivered very promptly and set up was easy enough. ( instructions in plain English). Looking at the comments I had my expectations well managed BUT this is so much worse then anticipated: the screen colours are tinted green which makes all video callers look sick and the sound is so bad it actually hurts listening to a conversation for too long! The quality of the video calls on Whatsapp are hit and miss. The speed is as can be expected but I don't use my phone for anything but calls and satnav so am not too fussy. I will keep this as a back-up but can't wait to use my old Samsung again.

I deliberately chose a phone on Amazon which stated it was a UK version so that the instructions etc were in English and it came with a UK plug. However, apart from the Regional Lock Guide all other information is in other languages. The only information in English states "Model for Uzbekistan.......(12 other countries). This product should be activated with a SIM card issued from a mobile operator within above 13 countries. To use SIM card from other regions, a cumulative call over five minutes must first be made with the SIM card from operators of 13 countries. If a SIM card issued from another region is used for activation, the phone may not work. In this case the device will need to be released at the nearest Samsung Service centre" The phone will be returned and I will go to a high street shop (now open) to get a new phone.

First few months had no issues whatsoever. Never dropped the phone, no liquid spill- one fine day the GPS stopped working properly. It would go off in the middle of a journey with no set pattern. Became a huge issue thereafter for the next few months. Got Samsung door step repair multiple times but to no avail. They changed the motherboard, ran all kinds of diagnostics, gave all kinds of reasons. Huge hassle each time I had to backup data etc. Finally they asked to send in the phone so I was with no phone for a week or so which in itself was quite stressful. Came back 'resolved' but no it hadn't. By that time I'd lost the will to complain after endless phone calls in the previous repair jobs. Then out of the blue the GPS self healed. Hallelujah. Latest- the finger print sensor has stopped working. Urggghhh

I was unsure about this phone as soon as I had finished setting it up and compared the same photos on this and my previous Samsung - the colours were a lot harsher and looked of poorer quality. I was going to put up with this (you buy fairly cheap, you've got to accept some sacrifices). However, I then had to soft reset the phone 6 times on the first day of usage because the screen kept freezing. Even when not frozen, processes were lagging a lot. Decided to return for a refund, although had to soft reset another handful of times to get the phone to perform a factory reset.

Bien faltó la funda del cel

J'ai été surprise par la taille de ce téléphone, j'avais auparavant un A3 depuis 4,5 ans et là il est vraiment beaucoup plus grand. L'écran est grand, quasiment sans bordure, le rendu des couleurs est top, l'ouverture par empreinte est pratique et fonctionne de manière impeccable. Le dos blanc irisé avec les appareils photos noirs est très esthétique. J'ai transféré toutes mes données, applications, photos, contacts, musique grâce à Smart Switch: on télécharge l'application sur les 2 téléphones, on les mets côte à côte et ça transfère toutes les données sans effort. J'avais beaucoup de photos et vidéos donc ça a pris la nuit (il s'est déconnecté 2 fois, mais on reconnecte, ça reprend où ça c'était arrêté et tout, vraiment tout est recopié c'est trop pratique). Le point le plus positif de ce téléphone, outre le prix, c'est la durée de la batterie: je le charge tous les 5-6 jours (je ne suis pas accrochée à mon portable, je l'utilise normalement y compris le GPS, donc pour un accroc du portable ce sera moins). Elle rend le téléphone assez lourd par contre mais on s'y fait vite.

Me gustó bastante, buena calidad y relación valor/precio, lo único que me costó un poquito de trabajo fue pasarlo al español porque venía en ruso, pero el producto es lo que se muestra en la publicación, lo recomiendo bastante. Gracias!
