does the tank have a pressure relive cap ?

It comes with a standard radiator style cap. Not a pressure relief lever style

Is this a pressure tank or just a reservoir?

I am unsure, I used mine for a reservoir. It could work as a pressure tank as long as the pressure doesn't become greater than the cap

Does this take standard radiator pressure caps?

This is smaller than a standard size cap

Does this tank have a mounting bracket on both sides? The pics only show one side of the tank.

No, and yes. This tank comes with a bracket on both sides but due to aftermarket quality control it didn’t fit absolutely perfect. I modified with another bracket I had on hand due to being a Nissan tech and everything fits beautifully.
