Do not hesitate for one second, this is a great table saw
Amazing table saw. Within one hour of receiving this saw, I had it set up, all settings were checked, all were spot on, and I had already cut my first piece of lumber. The cuts are smooth, straight, and incredibly accurate. The adjustments are absolutely precise, and once selected, and locked in you can just keep cutting with no variations. The rack and pinion on the fence is amazing, you can dial in a single mm at a time. Five stars are not enough. This table saw is very well made, has a place on the saw to store every accessory, and just plain works. I should have bought this saw a long time ago. I am sure this will be used a lot from now on.

Amazing saw except the miter gauge.
After a lot of research, I found that this was the best saw for me in my price range that would allow growth with additional capability. I had been warned in some of that research that the miter gauge is a weak point. That turned out to be true. It is only 12" long and has a very small surface. Cross cutting a 3/4" 30"x12" board turned out to be more than I was comfortable with the included miter gauge as it was hard to handle. So I am replacing that with a better one before completing that project. (currently waiting for it). When cross cutting small trim pieces, that was far more tolerable. The fence, adjust ability, ... all worked extremely well. I went through the setup and checked all alignments. It came from the factory perfectly aligned everywhere. Rip cuts that fit on this are a joy compared to my having tried to use a circular saw and straight edge before getting this. From the photos, you might think stability would be an issue. Stability isn't an issue at all. That was proven out when I found I was comfortable ripping 23/32" 4x8 sheets of plywood on this by myself. It is a massive step up from the circular saw I had been trying to use. Saved me from having to buy a track saw. A track saw would still be required if your rip is over the approximately 25" max rip capacity. With a vacuum attached, sawdust is not an issue at all with only a tiny amount of saw dust left on the surface after a day of cutting. Instructions are great. I needed an education since it has been 45 years since my wood shop classes and working with my Dad on his table saw. One concern is if you read the instructions, they state that the kerf of the blade that you use must be .1" or greater to be compatible with the riving knife and prevent kickback. However, most of the blades I found were under that. I ended up going with one that was .098" and that has been cutting like a dream without issue. If you order this saw, I would recommend you order a better miter gauge if you don't have one. Otherwise you will have downtime while you wait for the better miter gauge. At the time of writing this, I have not used the advanced features like bevels, miters, dado, or rabbits. In short, I would buy this again. Just know you will need to additionally have: - better saw blades - dust collection - better miter gauge

Nice table saw and great price!
First time I've owned a table saw and so far so good. Fairly easy to assembly and I used it to make a work bench. Cutting and ripping through 4X4, 1X3 and plywood went well. For beginners or even those that are experienced, not bad. Like the fact you can fold the legs inward and it's portable.

Good price, compact storage, functional.
A handy and functional table saw that stows easily in your garage and is nicely priced. Ripping 1x or 2x boards with a circular saw is a huge pain. A bench saw requires a sturdy table you can screw or clamp to. Not to mention panel stock is too big for the fence. I upgraded to this saw and it fits the home DIY bill perfectly! Reasonable price, compact storage, and adequate functionality for most tasks. This and my 12 inch miter will probably more than serve my DIY lumber needs for the rest of my days! On the other hand, there are a lot of plastic parts. I would consider it a light to moderate duty tool, not heavy duty, and I would not use it for major construction projects unless I expected it to be short lived. It will probably not hold up to the stress for a long time and fail under an extended heavy load.

A good jobsite table saw
I currently own a contractor table saw that I have setup in my garage/workshop. I needed a small table saw that I could carry around to where it is needed for smaller jobs. After good internet reviews I decided to purchase the SKIL 10" folding table saw. It arrived in perfect condition, it was pretty light (it could be carried by one person), and had all the features you would expect. The table was made out of aluminum and was very flat. It had a nice adjustable fence, came with all the safety items (Riving knife, anti-kickback and blade guard). included blade change wrenches, miter gauge, etc. You can get a more detail review of the features on YouTube, so will touch on the actual usage I got out of it. It cut straight, clean cuts. The fence is easy to adjust and lock in place. The blade it comes with is ok for basic rip cuts but I changed it out to a 60 tooth for smoother cuts (less tear out). It had plenty of power to cut 2x4 pine easily. With a shop vac attached dust collection was pretty good. The miter gauge is junk, I would not use it for safety concerns and I have an aftermarket sled I use for cross cuts. For the price it is definitely worth it to me, for what you get, a good quality saw that has nice features and does a good job of cutting wood. I would recommend this saw.

Great Portable Table Saw for Occasional Projects
I’m not a cabinet builder, but I do need a table saw from time to time for projects around the house, and I’ve been very impressed with this SKIL 10-inch jobsite saw. It’s affordable, portable, and the folding stand makes it easy to move around and store when I’m finished. Mine has made good, reliable cuts every time I’ve used it and has been more than enough for the type of woodworking I do. If you’re building fine furniture every day, I’d probably step up to a professional-grade table saw, but for the average homeowner who wants a dependable portable saw without spending a fortune, I think this is a great option and would recommend it.

Lightweight and powerful clean cuts.
Purchased this table saw for a back up to my Bosch table saw I have been using for twenty years. Skil hit this one out of the park. Easy setup and quick start up. I actually made my own rolling cart to put it on to roll it around the shop. I have a small shop and I have to move the equipment around for space. At first I was concerned with how light the unit was. That quickly went from concern to OMG. The power is amazing. The rack and pinion fence is bubble on. I usually upgrade the blades on any saw I purchase, not this one. The kerf is perfect. I get a clean cut every time. I make signs and joining boards cleanly was tough before this saw. It has really sped up my production. Unit is lightweight but stable. Powerful, but it is loud so wear hearing protection. I added a saw dust catch bag under unit for ease of cleaning. I don't have a lot of power in this shop so emptying the bag is a decent solution. Plus no vacuum clogs. I am not overly brand loyal. I buy tools for specific needs. I have Milwaukee, Ryobi, DeWalt, Skil, Rigid, Makita, Bosch and many Harbor Freight and knock off tools. I started out on Black and Decker and Skil. Nice to see Skil is back in the game.

Great Saw That Won't Break Your Bank!
Love this table saw! I was afraid the legs would be weak/shakey, but NOT SO. They are robust, well-designed, and fold/deploy easily. This saw comes assembled in the box (except for safety accessories and fence) and ready to go, although they suggest verifying - which I did - various parameters such as 0-degree and 45-degree stops (I adjusted the 45-degree only slightly). All accessories have a place on the folded saw, so you don't have to find a place to hide them in the workshop. The blade that comes with the saw is a 24-tooth, but despite that fact, it performed very smooth cuts in some drawer pieces I was sawing. I didn't take the time to hook up my vacuum to the saw, but used the 45-degree pipe extension that was included to direct dust/chips to a 5-gallon bucket, which caught about 70%. The vacuum would likely have caught 95% due to the enclosed design of the saw exhaust. I'm not big on safety guards (sorry) because they're usually restrictive and cumbersome. Not so with the Smart Guard System on this saw. Very easy to use; easy to set up; functions perfectly; does not impinge on feed. You can set up or take down this saw in 2 minutes or less. Oh, and the fence control is smooth and accurate! SOOOO easy to change and verify measurement for subsequent cuts. It's heavier than the saw I replaced, but the carry handle is convenient, and allows short distance carry even with all the accessories stowed. Haven't used the miter yet, but if it's slightly loose (as many are), that can be remedied if necessary with aluminum tape. Some folks complained of the noise of this saw, but I found it was no more noisy than my old model, and in fact probably quieter. (I've always used ear plugs AND muffs.) In short, you could spend more on a table saw, but I seriously doubt you would be any happier than with this one.

少し残念。
天板がだれてハジの方で真っ直ぐじゃなかった。 ちょっと残念。 でも他は扱いやすくて良いとおもいます。 高い金払ったんで、楽しみながらやっていきます。

Great saw, worth every penny.
I just returned a new Ridgid 4518 because it was impossible to square and set up. It was very cheap material wise which really surprised me because I am a fan of Ridgid. Don't buy it. Save up until you can spare $200 more and buy this Skil. It is really amazing. Accurate and square right out of the box. The rack and pinion fence adjustment is so good. Truly a well engineered tool. Lots of power and finally a saw that controls the dust fairly well. I have a lot of confidence in the saw which is important when working with a tool of this nature. Highly recommend you get this tool in your shop.

No podría haber otra mejor opcion.

Perfect size
Perfect size for hobbyists. Didn't want to lug around a frame and wheels. And the saw came zeroed on all adjustments. Great saw for the price. And customer service was fantastic at getting it to me when I needed it.
