First let me say that the customer service is unbelievably awesome! I had a question that was addressed and resolved within a few hours of my initial contact. This massager is a deep tissue unit that will definitely kneed the knots out of your muscles. The heat and the vibration work as advertised. I was skeptical at first. The last six months has proven its worth.

I have three back massagers for chairs, and this is the best one I’ve ever encountered. The fact that the neck massager can move up and down, even to the point where it massages the top of my collar and back bone as well as my neck. It gives me a complete massage from the top of my neck to nearly my tailbone. Other massagers stop at the top of my spine, but do not get to the collarbone area, which is often an achy part for me. I use the massager almost every day and sometimes more than once a day. It alleviate the bodyaches that I get from sleeping on my side. I can’t say enough about how well this massager works.

Seat vibration - I could take it or leave it. I usually turn it off because I just don't really get the point of it. My daughter enjoys it (12 yrs old) and giggles about "tingly bum" every time. So mildly amusing if nothing else. Back Massage- literally cannot say enough good things about it. Features are A+. Kneading motion. Smooth movement up and down. Reached entire spine from tailbone to base of the neck. Subtle heating. Absolutely perfect. I have severe and persistent back pain (caused by mild scoliosis and complications from an epidural) that can take me out of action for days at a time and this greatly shortens that time frame. I absolutely love it. If I use it too much it does get a bit uncomfortable at the point where my spine curves from scoliosis, but I am able to set the position to avoid that specific area when it occurs and is no fault of the device, just my ridiculously problematic body. The neck just.... isn't it. I don't care for the feel of it at all, so i turn that part off. Nothing specific, just generally uncomfortable to use. Not a big deal as I got this for recurrent back pain and don't typically have neck issues. But the problem is it's almost impossible to get it off with the rotating pieces in a position that isn't deeply uncomfortable. When you start it, everything automatically starts all at once. So then you have to turn the neck massage on and off repeatedly until you're able to stop it in just the right spot. Not a deal breaker, but a consistent annoyance.

This is hands down the best purchase I have ever made. I am done paying for mid massages by people that can't do deep pressure and charge me an arm and a leg. I can just adjust my body on this and have it hit all the right spots along my neck and shoulders. I nearly fell asleep using it. It is sooo relaxing. The only downside is that it turns off after 20 minutes or so so I have to keep turning it back on, but I think it's a safety thing.

This is an excellent back and neck chair massager. I originally bought a pillow-shaped Zyllion Shiatsu massager and use it a lot. I did not realize how much pain I had in my upper middle back and shoulders until I started using it. While I kept it and still use it a lot, I wanted to try a neck and back chair massager so I would not have to move the pillow up and down behind me as much to massage specific spots. This chair massager was reviewed well on YouTube and on the web, so I ordered it. It seems to be made well and does a great job. For example, it more easily massages further down the back and up the neck than the pillow Shiatsu massager. One of its best features is that you can stop the back and/or neck massager heads in specific spots where you want a focused massage. You can also change how the massage heads move. While its heat function is not meant to get really hot, it provides a decent amount of soothing heat when it warms up. The vibrating seat does what its supposed to do well. You surely would not want to have shiatsu heads on the seat! The chair massager also has a very long cord which is handy when you are sitting far away from an outlet.

Unfortunately this is a bit too much for my back after a couple of uses. But it is a nice item other than my sensitive back can not tolerate it.

Love it! Love that the neck massage is height adjustable and the back rollers have a great range from top to bottom and can be stopped to pin point an area. Back rollers can be a little rough but I just use a thick towel to help with that. Also, I'm only 5ft tall, so I use an extra pillow to boost me up for the perfect neck massage. This seat also works very well when used lying down giving perfect placement of my back and neck. My fiance agrees that this massager is a keeper. Only have it a few days, so not sure how well it'll hold up but it's seems to be very well constructed, doesn't make any odd noises when in use. I would definitely recommend! I've tried a few and this one is the best!

This massager is relaxing to use, but if you're like me and need something that is powerful on the back to get out knots, then this isn't the greatest. The neck massager is nice but it seems like it pushes your upper body away from the back rest a bit so the back massager can't reach deep knots. The back massager also only has two speed settings and it seems like it needs a third speed that's faster. Also the spot massage moves weird on the track and it feels like it only does half of a rotation and then goes back the other way so it's not great and getting a targeted area. It has a long pause as it switches directions on spot massage so it feels really slow. It seems like you have to get it in just the right spot and then position your body just right for it to work decent in a targeted area. The vibration would be better if it was on the back but since it's only on the bottom it just makes my legs and backside feel weird and itch. You can change the rotation on the neck massager which is nice. My favorite thing about this product is how low the back massager gets on the lower back. It's gets down to the top of my buttocks which is nice for lower back pain. Since the lower back isn't being pushed away by another part of the massager, like how the neck massager effects the strength of the upper back portion, it is relatively strong on the lower portion. If the entire back massager had the same pressure as the lower end and the spot massage was better, this would be a five star product. But for the price and the lack of strength on the upper back I give it 3 stars relative to what I needed. I had a back massager a few years ago that was less than half of the price of this one that worked much better for me because of how much it dug into my knots. With that being said, my old one was painful to some people. So I guess it all depends on your needs and tolerance to the pressure. This massager is very relaxing and I have even fallen asleep sitting on it because of that. But for my needs this just isn't quite right. I opted for a more expensive model like this one hoping it would do wonders on my back but I am a bit disappointed. For someone that just wants a nice relaxing massage this would probably be great, but at this price point, I still wouldn't recommend it. I feel like even if you don't need the strength that I do, this is pricey and you could find one that fits your needs for cheaper. But once again, I've never found one that gets as low as this one on the lower back which helps with lower back pain. So that's the only major plus side. One more thing, this needs to be in a chair that reclines back at least a bit. I tried putting it on a dining chair that is straight up and it wasn't comfortable at all. The neck massager pushed my body too far away from the back massager with it straight up and was hardly hitting my back at all.

This is the only massage chair pad I've tried and I'm really impressed with it. I love that you can use it on almost any chair you want without needing to buy a full blown massage chair that can't be easily moved. It's lightweight and I can move it easily from room to room, floor to floor. I like that Zyllion is American and is based out of California. The product is actually FDA listed/registered which shows that it is compliant with FDA guidelines. The chair pad itself is very high quality and made from leather from what I can tell. Along with it, you also get a manual and an AC adapter that's cULus stamped for that safety assurance. There's a remote wired to the pad which is how you operate it. In terms of operation, I found it cool that the neck-rest is motorized! Initially without reading the manual, I thought you had to adjust it manually by hand. After realizing it won't budge, I saw on the remote the little up and down arrows. Yes my friends, those buttons move the neck-rest up and down. From the remote, you can also play with the various neck massage modes, back massage modes and seating vibration levels. For the neck, you can turn off and on heating and change rotation of the massager. For the back, you can set which areas you want the massager to work on: the full back, the upper back or the lower back. You can also change the speed of the massager and fix the spot of the massager (kinda like pulling the stopper on a pedestal fan). You can also choose to turn on or off the heat of the massager but I didn't find the heat to be very strong. During my testing, I found that the chair pad works differently depending on the incline. On my sofa, my back is pushed into the pad more due to the angle I'm sitting and thus, the massage force is very high. It feels like someone is pushing their knees and elbows into my back. On my kitchen chair, the massage force is much more manageable and felt comfortable/relaxing. It's too bad the amount of force isn't adjustable. I also found that you need to sit dead center because otherwise, the rotating massaging thingies will dig into your spine which doesn't feel so good. My last minor complaint would be the unit's inability to remember the last used setting. So if you dialed in the spot/speed/rotation you wanted/liked, you have to do it again the next time you power up the unit. Overall, I liked this massage chair pad and it's used regularly by my parents. It's really high quality and I love how easily I can move it. It offers a great massage provided your chair's seating angle is not too sloped and you are seated at the center.

I really, really like this product and even though it is large it will be replacing my similar styles neck only massager.
