Really nice massager. So happy to have finally found a real good replace for our older Zillion.Good feature not on the older models is being able to press the arrow up or down to fit the neck/ shoulder area where most needed.

The kneading was a little hard on my actual spine, but with a thin pillow between it was good.

I purchased this as a gift. It is pricey but he loves it and uses it all the time! It's easy to move from place to place and he uses it in many different seating areas. It is easy to use and the remote works well. It only runs for 15 minutes so you do have to keep restarting it if you want a longer massage. It is good for pain relief and the heat is nice! He doesn't care for the vibration but I think it's a good feature! It seems durable and like it will last a long time. The color pictured is accurate. The only complaint he has is that it doesn't do much for the lower back. Overall, it's a great massager, giftable and nice quality. I would purchase again and do recommend.

Love this massage pad in every way. However to keep rollers from rotating too hard on my back I do need to cushion with a bed pillow .

I bought one of these chair massagers about a year and a half ago or more. The massager started making a sound when it would go up into the neck area. I contacted zillion by phone, spoke to a living human who listen to my explanation of the problem that the neck area massager was wearing out and they sent me a new replacement in a week. Cannot comment more about the customer care of zillion and its employees. Their response to my problem was stellar given that many companies do not give good customer service but this one definitely does. I also bought their neck massager because their products are well made and their customer service is excellent.

The neck component stopped work twice. Once on the original on the original one I purchased and then again on the replacement amazon sent. The second time it was past the return window. Now I am out 200 bucks. Do not buy its a complete waist of money and time and is just an aggravation.

This massager is relaxing to use, but if you're like me and need something that is powerful on the back to get out knots, then this isn't the greatest. The neck massager is nice but it seems like it pushes your upper body away from the back rest a bit so the back massager can't reach deep knots. The back massager also only has two speed settings and it seems like it needs a third speed that's faster. Also the spot massage moves weird on the track and it feels like it only does half of a rotation and then goes back the other way so it's not great and getting a targeted area. It has a long pause as it switches directions on spot massage so it feels really slow. It seems like you have to get it in just the right spot and then position your body just right for it to work decent in a targeted area. The vibration would be better if it was on the back but since it's only on the bottom it just makes my legs and backside feel weird and itch. You can change the rotation on the neck massager which is nice. My favorite thing about this product is how low the back massager gets on the lower back. It's gets down to the top of my buttocks which is nice for lower back pain. Since the lower back isn't being pushed away by another part of the massager, like how the neck massager effects the strength of the upper back portion, it is relatively strong on the lower portion. If the entire back massager had the same pressure as the lower end and the spot massage was better, this would be a five star product. But for the price and the lack of strength on the upper back I give it 3 stars relative to what I needed. I had a back massager a few years ago that was less than half of the price of this one that worked much better for me because of how much it dug into my knots. With that being said, my old one was painful to some people. So I guess it all depends on your needs and tolerance to the pressure. This massager is very relaxing and I have even fallen asleep sitting on it because of that. But for my needs this just isn't quite right. I opted for a more expensive model like this one hoping it would do wonders on my back but I am a bit disappointed. For someone that just wants a nice relaxing massage this would probably be great, but at this price point, I still wouldn't recommend it. I feel like even if you don't need the strength that I do, this is pricey and you could find one that fits your needs for cheaper. But once again, I've never found one that gets as low as this one on the lower back which helps with lower back pain. So that's the only major plus side. One more thing, this needs to be in a chair that reclines back at least a bit. I tried putting it on a dining chair that is straight up and it wasn't comfortable at all. The neck massager pushed my body too far away from the back massager with it straight up and was hardly hitting my back at all.
