Good quality refurbished Laptop
This is a good refurbished business machine which fits my needs perfectly. Price is just right for the specification.It came out of the box as if new, it was hard to tell it wasn't. Screen quality is very good, sound is OK, suffers from the dell touch pad jump when typing (always annoying) Ram, HDD and cpu all good

Works properly although screen slightly scratched.
Good for video conferencing/training at work but show it to your IT people who will be able to give advice. This is a laptop and has none of the awkwardness of a Windows tablet. I have found these to be more reliable.

Not Quite as Desribed
First off I'd like to say that I am very happy with the laptop itself - the specs are very good and the CPU is one model up from the advertised. The battery life is pretty much as new and it charges quickly. The laptop is also free from any scratches, marks or dings. It has an SSD drive and is very, very good for purpose, in this case business use.The only down side - the description mentions a DVD/RW drive, and the laptop we recieved doesn't have one. Not a deal breaker at all but we were a little disappointed as we were hoping to be able to rip our CD collection. Otherwise it's a great purchase and we genuinely feel we have got value for money, which is an all too rare thing nowadays.

Useful Tool
This is my first laptop, up until now i had used a PC which is coming to the end of its life. I hadn't intended paying this amount of money, but after reading revues of lower priced laptops, I'm glad that I did. Laptop arrived in sturdy packaging an appeared as new. Initial setup was trouble free and system fires up quickly. My only complaint is that when typing emails etc you have to juggle cursor position with enter key. This may be my lack of experience with laptops, but overall Excellent!

All good except for the charger..
The charger only lasted 2 months so had to get a new one. Apart from that everything is working perfectly.

Average performance but ok for what I need
I wish I'd got a slightly larger screen and judging by the windows desktop I'm a little bit suspicious it might be an earlier machine that someone has loaded Windows 10 on to, but apart from that it does the job and it was reasonably priced, so what can you expect.

Laptop battery does not work with power adaptor, battery dead
Dear Seller,The battery pack that came with the laptop is dead so I cannot put on laptop without the adaptor. Battery should hold power for at least 1hr. This battery cannot last even a second.I bought the laptop in August, I just opened it for the 1st time to give it to my daughter for her classwork only to find out that the battery was dead on arrival so I have not completed the installation, can only complete by plugging power.Pls recheck your machines before shipping out.
