Best toy ever
Our son (5) had a robot themed bday and wanted all robot toys this year. This is the only toy he has continuously played with, every single day. He has built something new every day and it's so cool to see his imagination come up with new ways to put these gears together. I almost didn't get them, but got them on a great sale last month (Early October). It comes with build instructions for 4 robots, but the possibilities are endless. Pieces are durable and have held up to rough toddler play, however some of the links for the tracks can be tough to unlink and my son broke two of them trying to get them apart. I would say even when this is full price, it's a perfect gift for those kiddos who love to build and be creative. It is 1000000% worth the money.

Such a cool learning toy!
My son loves robots and was so excited to get building. I loved the different designs available; however, we would have loved to see a few extra pieces - a few broke and there’s only enough to create the designs. So now I’m having to buy a second box just to create. I’d pay a little more for the extra pieces to explore and have fun. Only one design is possible at a time as well. That’s not necessarily a con, but only one child can build at a time. Once put together, the designs were larger and cooler than we anticipated. Worth it and a great activity!

Awesome gift
My 4 and 5 year old got these for Christmas and a year later it's still a favorite. If you have more than one kid I recommend buying a set for each. The kit offers plenty of ideas but it also offers room for creative designs. The pieces are suitable and the instruction booklet is easy to follow even for non readers. A great educational stem toy.

Nice little gift to spark interest in robotics
This was a nice little gift to spark interest in robotics. It was easy to assemble and the build quality is robust and sturdy enough for children. We had no missing parts or issues

This is a great toy - I got it for my grandson's fourth birthday and he loves it. He does need adult help with it right now, but I'm confident that he'll soon be able to make his own creations with it. It is for 5+ years but my little guy is a builder and he already fully understands the concepts. I anticipate expanding on this in the future as it is the kind of toy that a kid can play with independently and learn from.
