I found this book very helpful.
Since reading Water Up Fire Down as recommended reading from my body and brain yoga instructor my busy and stressful life has become much more calmer and clearer. This book has been a great tool for me. It gives guidance in reducing stress, self healing to increase my energy, teaches you how to control your breathing and a strong healthy core is so important for all of us on this planet to live a clearer and more focused life. Greatest book Iโve read in 50 yrs. The profound health change in myself and family is magical
This book is the greatest guide or tool, I have ever read or experienced. The principles of creating a healthy life for yourself and in turn spill into all my loved ones resonated with me internally like nothing else ever has! I can now see that Creating a stronger and healthier way of living and thinking has helped me eliminate the level of pain in my body from past cancers , and severe bone issues daily. Incredibly enough, taking physical actions to make my body stronger has made my thinking shift positively too. I could go on all day of how many times Iโve read this and how many people itโs helped, but my words canโt truly convey how these principles of life are without doubt genius , yet at the same time, also very simple to practice! Thank you!

A VERY INTERESTING READ!
This book contains some very relevant information about Natural Healing and channeling some of the energy we produce daily to heal our ailments. Outside of the last chapter, which focuses on healing the Earth as a living organism, which doesn't sit right with my spirit, it was filled with practical advice. I believe we need to love ourselves and one another by following healing protocols like the ones outlined in this book that establish a simple daily health regimen that virtually anyone can easily follow, and that brings excellent results. Besides showing us how to do certain exercises to channel our bodily energy to create a healing inner environment within our bodies, this book also asks us to focus on how we think of ourselves and how to surround ourselves with loving care. Our thoughts and actions play a role in our own healing, as do our personal relationships, and when we surround ourselves with positive energy and view ourselves and our neighbors with the right light, it's only natural that we will become healthier and happier, and the world will be a much brighter, happier place. As for healing the Earth, if we all strive to love each other, taking care of our environment would be a logical offshoot of doing that without having to view the Earth as a living being, which IMO, it is not. It was created by our Creator to be our perfect home and to sustain life, it follows various laws of physics, motion and biology, and it does not "choose" or "know" how to heal itself. We do know how to heal the Earth though. So let's work together to clean up our homes, air and water, and protect wildlife, the oceans and wilderness areas.

Life savior! Everybody needs to implement this in their daily life!
I had a stressful job and my health began to suffer with various little things like Chronic sinus, vertigo, plantar fasciitis, migraine, lower back pain, shoulders and neck tension, etc. Though not life threatening, it's a distraction to my daily life. Years into the practice of recovering water up fire down, I was able to improve and manage my health. I am healthier than 10-15 yrs ago. This book summarized all these practices clearly and can help anyone without any prior knowledge. I hope anyone who gets this book will incorporate the practice as part of your daily life routine and enjoy the results I experienced. Wish you health, happiness and peace! When we take care of ourselves, we can create a better world!

Amazing Resource for Healing and Balancing Body Mind and Spirit!
Water Up Fire Down is probably one of the best books ever written providing a comprehensive understanding of how we can achieve energetic balance in body, mind, and spirit. Itโs possible to relieve stress and achieve optimal health by following these simple principles based on combining eastern wisdom about the bodyโs meridian system with an understanding of western principles of exercise and health. This book is highly readable, has practical exercises, and is fun and easy for anyone to do. Its a life-changing book you will never regret!

The exercises work!
I have been in an energy slump lately, and was particularly tired today. After skimming this book for a few minutes I decided to try an exercise or two. I did the belly button healing (for 3 minutes) and then the 2 solar plexus exercises (no more than 5-6 minutes total) and was blown away by the change in my physical and mental state. It immediately created a cool head, open heart, and effortless energy, which lasted for hours. I'm so very happy I bought this book! Thank you to the author for the information and empowerment to transform my own life.

very useful
Ilchi Lee describes the phenomen of overheated head and cold stomach in this book. I found many of the symptoms he describes in myself and have since made progress in rectifying them. thank you, Ilchi!
