I really don’t rate anything 5 stars without knowing how long it will last but I’ll come back and give it a 5 star after 3 years of use in tough winters of central ny if it’s in good shape. All pieces came with order. Easy enough to put together but a bit heavy to put faux stone sides together. I did it but you’ll need two in a couple places of assembly unless you’ve spent time in a gym. Big 23”w x 20” h x 18”d firebox…happy with that…I have it on a concrete deck but it will drop embers through the bottom of the firebox and I did put some wood under the firebox and it caught fire so you want some sort of fireproof fabric mat for that area if you have a wood deck. I think it looks great…I like the size as we want to see our backyard and not have something gigantic. Can’t beat the price …really didn’t want to pay $20k in my area to contract it out. We’ve had a half dozen fires and love it!!

This was a huge item delivered by common carrier. Delivery driver was courteous and brought it into the garage. It went together with ease and with the help of another, it was carried and placed on the pad we built in the yard. It burned great and emitted just enough smoke and aroma from the wood to make watching a shear pleasure. Price was relative to the intended use.

We LOVE our new fireplace! Not going lie, it is a lot of parts! My husband spent a whole afternoon putting it together but very well worth it!!! It’s heavy so get help!

Purchased this in 2024 less than a year later it falling apart. Door hinges rusted off ash pan rusted through. I purchased the recommended cover as well. This item is junk pice over a $1,000 and doesn’t even last a year.

Very well made and works fantastically.My Amazon ordered was cancelled due to item being dangled. I ordered exact item from Walmart.

Be prepared, none of the components are labeled. You will have to guess based on b/w drawings which component is which. I will update once we get it built as to the quality of the piece when used.Update after building….. some of the nut connectors were completely filled with the rock finish. Glad my husband is a contractor so he could re-tap the hole to put the stone exterior together. Do not believe the video, this item is a flat pack that has to be built. It takes several hours and at least two people to lift the firebox onto the base.

Puts off great heat! Would be 5 star, except chimney too short, so Smokey if windy, and main section is very heavy, had to call in a friend to lift in place, and inside panels warped after only a few fires. I hope it lasts and doesn’t rust out.
