I've been using Neutrogena Makeup Remover Ultra-Soft Micellar Cleansing Wipes for over 15 years, so this review is long overdue. They're one of those products I always keep stocked because I never know when I'll need them. I don't wear makeup every day, but whenever I do, these wipes are usually the first step in taking everything off before I start my skincare routine. More importantly, they're my backup plan for those nights when I'm completely exhausted. After a long day or a late night out, the last thing I want to do is stand at the sink and go through my full routine. Instead of sleeping in my makeup, I'll reach for one of these wipes, and they've saved my skin more times than I can count. Is it the ideal way to cleanse your face? No. But it's infinitely better than leaving makeup on overnight and waking up to clogged pores or breakouts. In terms of performance, they remove foundation, concealer, blush, bronzer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and even waterproof mascara surprisingly well. The only thing they consistently struggle with is eyelash glue. I often wear false lashes whenever I wear makeup, and there's usually some adhesive left behind around the lash line. For that, I'll follow up with an oil-free eye makeup remover, and the residue comes right off. The wipes themselves are a decent size and soft against the skin, but I personally find that one wipe usually isn't enough for a full face of makeup. I almost always reach for a second wipe just to make sure I've removed as much makeup as possible before moving on to the next step. It isn't a dealbreaker for me, but it's something to keep in mind if you regularly wear a full face of makeup. I also appreciate that they're gentle enough for my sensitive skin. They don't sting my eyes or leave my face feeling irritated, which has been one of the reasons I've continued buying them for so many years. The only downside is that they aren't particularly hydrating. While my skin feels clean afterward, it also feels like some of its natural moisture has been stripped away. I always follow with my regular cleanser and skincare products if I'm doing my full routine, or at the very least a moisturizer if I'm calling it a night. Overall, these have earned a permanent place in my bathroom. They're convenient, effective, travel-friendly, and incredibly reliable. If you're looking for a quick way to remove makeup—especially on those nights when you just don't have the energy for a full cleanse—these are hard to beat. I've repurchased them countless times over the past 15+ years, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've tried many different kinds of makeup remover wipes in my day, but I've never used these Neutrogena ones. As I was looking for some wipes to try out (as I'd recently used up all the ones I had), I decided to ordered the Neutrogena ones. These packs came very well presented, and were in excellent condition. I appreciate that the wipes were wrapped in a plastic-type wrap, which protected them from the elements. The wipes feel so soft and gentle on my skin; each cloth wipe feels durable, and is great at removing stuck-on makeup. These not only remove makeup very well, but they leave my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I've not had any issues with irritations while using on my skin, and there's also no fragrance to the wipes (which may be of some importance to certain people). I love that these wipes are made from plant-based materials, and they are compostable. The cloths feel durable yet lightweight, and have plenty of essence on each wipe. Additionally, these packs of wipes are convenient got on-the-go purposes. I'm really happy with these Neutrogena makeup remover wipes, and feel they're of excellent quality and value. I feel these are a good value because this came with 2 packs (each with 25 wipes), and one wipe can do a lot. At the time of my purchase (and review), these wipes were listed at around $7.98; I personally think this is a very nice deal, and would definitely consider ordering them again. I also would highly recommend these to others.

I have tried many other brands, but these Neutrogena Makeup Remover Micellar Wipes are, without question, the absolute best on the market! They are highly effective, non-irritating for those with sensitive skin, soft, gentle, and contain the right amount of liquid to effectively remove makeup with little effort. Other brands I have tried have been too dry or ineffective or both. I love these and use them at least twice daily. They are very easy to travel with. I've literally taken them all over the world.

Love these great for when u dont have time to take makeup off or forgot. Real quickly just grab one. And they really work good. Smell good and moisturizes your face.
