is there any loop or method to hang light/fan/other items from ceiling?

There are four loops to secure the gear net from the ceiling. You can use one of those or string a line between two of them and hang it from that.

Does this include a compression sack?

Yes it does include the compression sack. It also has the 11" pole segments which make it extremely small, compact, and nice to pack.

Is the floor waterproof?

The first time I used the tent, it poured down rain all night. I was using a tarp as a footprint. When I woke up the floor was slightly damp, but barely noticeable. For the amount of rain it endured, I am very pleased with the tent and the floor. I believe my tarp caught some of the rain and funneled under the tent. So make sure you use an appropriately sized tarp. You need a tarp or footprint because the floor is on the thinner side.
