I had my fingers crossed these films came with their slipcovers. The photos on here very much give off this impression in the one photo of them not inside the slip.Assuming I won’t be the only nerdy horror collector expecting these to come with slips, so just letting anybody who might be curious know: No, they do not have slipcovers; just the “naked” flimsy blurays. It makes the whole thing feel so much “looser” and less substantive than it would otherwise when you’re holding it. Sort of gives off a cheap feeling.But on the positive: etched/embossed font/print on the tops and sides with etched in slices/knife cuts built-into the outside of the slip box.Overall more detail and care than these major studios typically offer at this price point. And I wanna say this same set (though maybe it’s a different or more deluxe version, I didn’t ever click on or read the auction details) is often for sale on eBay for roughly $80. I highly doubt this price will be permanent (the $33.38 one I paid).
