easy to handle and digest even on a mildly sensitive stomach
i tale these regularly and can tell when i dont take them. i did start slow only taking the 1 or the other before doing the multivitamin and the iron capsul that come with the active women's version. i take probiotics regularly as well so i dint notice any cha ge in gas or stomach troubles

Helpful in feeling better
