Has not rusted.
We use these to keep our gate closed in our back yard. My toddler learned how to unlatch the gate and we use these to clip together to keep the chain link gate closed. Over several months out in the weather they haven’t rusted or broken.

Perfect Size
I had initially ordered a slightly smaller size from another vendor, and had to return them. These are a perfect size for clipping on attachments to weightlifting cable-pulls. I was so happy with these that I ordered a second pair.
