On a Gen V 5.3 injector, the sizer tool WILL NOT WORK with Fel-Pro seals. The inside design of the tool is different than the factory tool and has a sharp bevel rather than the gradual taper of the OE EN-49245-4 tool. This causes the seals to push out of their groove and bind rather than be properly compressed and sized. I tried every trick in the book to get this tool to work including presizing with vacuum line and a hose clamp and could not get the sizer to slide on. It should be noted that the Fel-Pro seals sized with the GM tool but required notably more pressure to size than the GM tool with GM seals (that combination slid together like butter). It is possible that this tool might work with the GM OEM seals, I did not try that once I had use of the GM tool.

Good tool just wish it came with the part you put on the injectors before you put the o ring on and push the other tool up and the second one down to set it right and looks like brand new

One set of installers, a short and long, fit well over the GM 5.3L injectors. Long adapter installer for the upper seals and the shorter for the lowers. Using the pusher is optional. I put half mine on without using the pusher. Once I remembered that’s what it was I slipped right over the seal. It needs to be held firm to push the seals along the installer. My issue is with the sizer. I couldn’t get past the lower seal to size the upper seal. I tried everything. I let all seals rest a minute after installing. Used my fingers to begin sizing them in. You have to work the sizer around the lower seal, pressing the seal all around with the tool and even then, there’s no getting past the lower to do the upper without pushing the lower out of place. I worked the sizer for quite awhile and was never able to get both of the sized. I ended up using my fingers to press the seals into place and left them overnight hoping the cold garage will promote shrinkage and contraction enough to install the injectors today. I’m weary about how the day will go. If I will know whether the seals stayed in place or not after going down in the hole into position. If there’s an issue, I surely update.

So, let me start by saying I would absolutely give this 5 out of 5 if it wasn't for the resizer. Everything else working like it should. I'm currently working on a 2020 tahoe and getting the rings on the injectors was easier. In order to resize them I had to take the top off a Lucas oil bottle, cut it, start my resizing with it, and then use the resizer. It worked perfect. I wish the resizer worked better but for the money it'll get the job done.

This tool works as intended. I recommend checking the size needed to set the rings before you use it.

This tool is a must have for injector seals, I ordered, received next day and installed the seals in 20 minutes worked perfect and correctly

Item seems decent but the sizer just rips the seals. Do not recommend this product

Everything but the sizing die worked fine. The Kent Moore tool k eneded up borrowing has a taper about 1/4 into each side so the seals are forced inward when you slide it on. The sizing die on this one is dead straight, and will tear the seal. Figure that out and it's a good home shop tool.
