You don't need a rebounder for this one. But you do need strong knees. It's mostly squats & squat-jumps on or off the rebounder. Then some very repetitive floor work. He stops constantly to 'check-out' his crew, complains about sweating, and has a very noisy crew member. Boring, dull, and rebounder-less!

This is my favorite urban rebound workout! It is not for beginners, but that is clear from the "Extreme" in the title, so there are no excuses for people who complain it's too hard. Urban rebounding is a terrific way to keep fit and it is very easy on the joints. This dvd is a so much fun; Greg is animated and encouraging. It's obvious the cast is enjoying themselves and I LOVE it!
