Be careful opening gear box, tabs that hold it to door panel will break off easily if vehicle is old. Gears fit perfectly into bear box however final drive gear would not slip into socket on regulator and i ended up pushing it out of place and completely unwinding all the drive cables. Finally got it all back together and installed and everything works great. Go ahead and purchase vehicle specific door trim retaining clips I broke the head off nearly all of mine taking panel off.

Both of the front power windows on my wife's 2013 Mazda CX-9 stopped working properly during the last year. The symptoms were the same with both: loud grinding noise when pressing the window control button with minimal movement of the window. If the window would go down, you would have to use your hands to help pull it back up while engaging the button. The local Mazda dealership wanted $500+ to fix one window. For less than $50, and about an hour, I fixed both. There is a design flaw with the motors that Mazda used. Over time, teeth start to break off of the main gear in the motor, causing it to start to slip. And then more teeth break, making it worse. You don't need a new window guide track or a whole new motor, just new gears. This set of gears worked perfectly. Just make sure to reuse the 2 black O-rings from the original large gear.

He visto algunos videos para su instalacion y ninguno menciona que se deba engrasar y es obvio que cuando uno abre la caja de engranes estos tienen grasa, basado en mi experiencia decidi usar grasa blanca Permatex 80345, hay que limpiar la grasa antigua y poner grasa nueva en todos los puntos con movimiento no solo en los dientes de los engranes sino tambien en los laterales donde tambien hay movimiento con las tapas de la caja. La faricacion en cuanto a tamaño, forma etc., es exacta a los originales, el material parece ser suficiente mente resistente al original, yo decidi cambiar solo el engrane dañado y reusar todos los que tenia. En algunas reseñas mencionan que se les reompieron en X dias de uso y la causa puede ser falta de lubricacion. Hare una actualizacion de mi comentario si hay alguna novedad.

Highly disappointed. I bought this product to fix my 2007 Mazda 3 window motor but some of the gears did not fit, too big, so I had to reuse some of the old parts. When I put everything together, my window rolls up and done but it still makes the gears clunking sound. I don't think it will last but it will have to do while I order a whole new window motor assembly. I'm even more disappointed because I order this product back in 2021 and it fit perfectly but this time it did not. I do not recommend.

Save money and fix your stuff!!

Needed gears for window motor! Did exactly what it was supposed to do. Just needed to add gear oil.
