The monitor had a yellow tint
I own 2 of these models and wanted to buy a 3rd to match. The first 2 I purchased from Dell and are fantastic monitors. The 3rd that I purchased from Amazon had a yellow tint and seemed defective. The item appeared to be new in the box. This is the kind of issues you will see when getting a refurbished monitor but this one seemed new. I returned the monitor and will buy a new model directly from Dell.

Don't buy a refurbished monitor from this company on Amazon
You take your chances purchasing a refurbished monitor on Amazon from a 3rd party. But you at least expect that if it is defective that you can return it right? Wrong. Don't take the chance and waste your money. The screen has a brown cast to it and you can't brighten it. I complained to Amazon but no response. Guess I'm stuck with it. But I'll never buy another monitor from Amazon again.

Second time in two weeks Dell monitors are either not working properly or damaged

Color quality and settings are not as good as I expected. Color setings in the OSD are limited.
Ultrasharp is usually better then this.

Awesome monitor
My old desktop bit the dust and I bought a new one. I bought two Dell UltraSharp 24 inch monitors and hooked them up to the new desktop. The monitors were easy to set up, the color is great, and they have an adjustable stand so you can move the monitor up and down and left and right.
