How am I supposed to keep the liquid from separating from the cream?

Thank you for your feedback. I’m a beauty advisor for Pierre Fabre USA, Inc. the parent company of Avene. Cicalfate Restorative Skin Cream is a delicate composition of oils and Avene Thermal Spring Water. Due to the formulas sensitive to cold temperatures, the complex should not be exposed to temperatures below 32˚F as separation may occur. The separation neither compromises the efficacy of the product nor poses as a risk to the consumer and it is safe for use on infants, children and adults.

How do I return product? I opened up and it is just blue liquid that wont mix with cream. Was stored at room temperature

I took it to kohls, where they take Amazon returns! I did not have a box or anything. There is a time limit.

Does this works to remove scars like silicone gel?

My wife got this from the doctor for healing of an eye lift and it did appear to take away scaring.
