What is the actual base measurement of the 20 cm frying pan? Thank you

The “inside” bottom of the frying pan measures 24cm/10 inch. The base (outside) measures 22cm/almost 9 inches. Hope this helps.

Is the base of the frying pan thick and made with stainless steel? I would like to retain the heat after removing from the kitchen stove

The base of the frying pan is very thick and stainless steel, it’s very heavy and good quality, too big to go in my oven but would happily buy the smaller one for that, I haven’t left things in it for any length of time off the heat but I’m almost sure it would hold heat
