Are these safe to use while running?

I would think it would never be safe to run with any kind of a sharp object

Do these scissors come apart for cleaning ?

NEVER wash sharp-edge kitchenware such as knives or scissors in thevdiswasher. Also, can’t get them really clean (I am a certified food safety instructor -ServSafe), and dishwashers DULL sharp items! The dishwasher is vastly overrated for cleaning or sanitizing. Disassembly isn’t required, either. Use a soft brush, a good detergent and running warm water.

Where are these made?

I don't know...I did not pay attention when taking them out if the package...I hope they are made here...
