Helps towards making a nice protein dessert
Ideal to mix with protein powder. I use powdered egg white. It makes a good dessert to help quieten those cravings for something sweet late at night. With a big box like this, you can easily adjust the thickness for a given amount of milk to suit. Much better value than buying individual packets. Buy a few flavours.
