Ordered this when my Whirlpool Gold refrigerator stopped cooling and the control panel went blank. Asked a compatibility question and got a quick reply and then prompt delivery. Installed it and with easy to understand instructions on how to enter my fridge code, it was back up and running. Happy to not have to spend a ton of money on a new fridge, pleased to have fixed it myself at a great price.

Got it this afternoon today as stated on order. It's a direct replacement for the old model number for my Maytag refrigerator. Easy installation .... plugged it on .... programmed it .... and it worked just fine.Saving me $$ for calling the repair man.

Totally fixed my problem. My Whirlpool refrigerator screen was flashing and the compressor was starting and stopping constantly. Within minutes of receiving this circuit board, my refrigerator was like new.

Instructions were not clear enough, but I googled it, Whirlpool’s own site tells you how to do it, that was a big help. The circuit board was an exact match, everything is back to running properly, and at a much lesser cost then buying from whirlpool, wanted over $500 for it

The card works for Jenn Air JFI2089AEP model. The instruction is for other brands, not Jenn Air. It is similar, but the dispenser layout of Jenn Air is different from other brands. Here are my steps to reprogram it. Wish you find it useful.Write down the code from the inside label, 4 digits. Mine is 1613.Follow the instruction to unplug the power.Replace the card on the back of the refrigerator.Plug the power back.On the dispenser display, it shows up "PE0 000", non-flashing (stationary).1. Press the "Lock/Unlock" on the bottom row and the left side lower button for 3 seconds.(left / right side refers to the display screen, see picture).Release the "Lock/Unlock" button first & hold on the left side lower button until the display flashing. Can release the left side lower button when it is flashing.2. Press the left side upper once. The decimal point shows next to the first digit, like "PE0. 000".3. Press the right side upper until the first digit shows up. In my case, it is "1".4. Press the left side upper again. The decimal point moves to the next digit, like "PE1 0.00".5. Repeat steps 3 to 4 until all four digits are set.6. Press the left side lower. The display "PE1 613." is flashing. Open one door and close it. The "PE1 613." disappears. The reprogram is DONE.Wish the steps help for Jenn Air owner :)Happy to have a new life of the refrigerator. It has been used for 13 years. Other than the bad controller card, the refrigerator is in a good shape. Replacing the refrigerator is a waste, the expensive new model and the good condition of the old refrigerator. Spending a $100 for giving the refrigerator a new life is worth it.The only dislike is the seller labelled "No return if the seal of the bag is opened". How can I know the card working for the refrigerator without opening the bag ? How about the card has a manufacturing problem ? No return ? I'm not sure how the federal law written for the return policy. Personally, I don't like the practice.The controller card is good, but the seller (PartsForLess) practice is bad.

Frig went out, read up on it on line. Ordered the part it arrived fast I installed it and it is working great!

One of the main reasons your fridge may be doing the ice door flapping or possessed lights/no button function. Paid $130 or so for a “refurbished” board through Best Buy a year or so ago, figures I had to replace it again so soon. Fortunately this board appears to be brand new (nice shiny new circuit board with nice solder connections). Highly recommend getting yourself a single outlet surge protector in addition to this as that as even small electrical surges can cause the boards to fry apparently. Board works properly, appears brand new and appears to be of good quality. Hoping to get a bit more life out of this fridge so save a few thousand on a new fridge and replace the board yourself. It’s 4 screws, a plastic cover and some plastic tabs you hold back with a flathead, just make sure the fridge is unplugged first.

Our refrigerator all of sudden stopped working. Googled the problem diagnosed it as the control board, looked for replacement came up with this solution. Ordered the control board after reading reviews, all went well. Very happy with this product.

The board was delivered the next day and even came with programming instructions. I has my fridge up and running within minutes.

Once I found a Youtube video showing the correct way to program this, it worked perfect and my fridge is running fine. You have to push the Temp Alarm button - Not the door alarm button as indicated in the instruction sheet.
