Bella's Home-Baked Goods Lemon Pistachio Biscotti (8.5 oz. box)

They are pretty good but a liitle too "dusty" crumbly.I know they are for dunking but I didn't care for all the particles left in the bottom of my cup. The packaging was good though--tight enough to prevent drying out and becoming stale. The pistachios werefirm and tasty. Overall, a pretty good cookie.

These biscotti had a very nice flavor but could only be eaten dunked. THey were very very very hard. I gave them to several friends and they all agreed to hard to chew but tasty if dunked in coffee or tea.

I have been eating biscotti for at least 40 years and these were the best I've ever had. Biscotti are a hard cookie, but I did not find these as hard as most and ate them without dunking. I have seen that people at work who are not familiar with biscotti are not impressed with them as a rule. Perhaps it is an acquired taste. I like the selection of flavors. My only complaint is that I don't like to pay so much for shipping and handling and there are no stores in Queens as yet that sell them. Hopefully, that will change.
