Women's Full Zip Jersey Hoodie

When I first got these, I was a bit disappointed about the weight of the fabric, it's very lightweight, almost like a T-shirt material. When that order arrived, I really didn't think I'd get much use out of them. I was wrong. It was still winter, and I put them in a closet and almost forgot about them. Then on a cooler summer day, I was cold, but it wasn't warm enough for my normal fleece sweatshirts. Then I remembered these buried in my closet and pulled one out. It was perfect! I was warm, but not overheated. I started to wear them when we went out to eat. I'm always cold in diners and restaurants, but my fleece sweatshirts are usually too much; I'm too warm with them on and too cool with them off, so I wind up draping them over my shoulders, and I'm constantly having to reposition them because they slip down. These lightweight sweatshirts are just perfect in a cold restaurant. I had originally purchased only 2 of these, but after using them all summer long, I bought 4 more. Now with the cooler weather moving in, I'm wearing these around the house, and when I go outside, I put one of my fleece sweatshirts on over them. I have a lot of fleece sweatshirts and wear only a couple of them because my skin is very sensitive and I can't wear any scratchy material against my skin. After numerous washings, the once soft lining of my heavy fleece sweatshirts gets stiff and scratchy, and for me, very uncomfortable. So basically out of about 4 dozen fleece sweatshirts, I only wear a few of the newest ones that are still kind of soft. I've found that I can wear one of these lightweight sweatshirts under my heavy fleece ones, and I'm comfortable because these sweatshirts are just so soft. With using these as liners, I can now go back to using my entire collection of sweatshirts comfortably. As for fit, I always buy any kind of outerwear in a larger size than I actually wear. I do this so I can layer different articles of clothing, depending on how cold I am. I wear an XL, but buy sweatshirts and jackets in either 2X or 3X. The lightweight sweatshirts I purchased are 3X, but I feel they fit more like a 2X, so I would recommend sizing up a bit. All in all I really love these hoodies! If you are like me and are cold most of the time, these will give you the little bit of warmth that you need for those in-between conditions where you're cold, but a fleece sweatshirt is too warm. These are just right.

I bought the black and the pink ones they fit just right and has some stretch to them. I'd definitely purchase again. Its thinner then t used to be but still keeps me pretty warm and comfortable I'd say it's quality. No pilling yet.

I like the weight of the fabric. It's a nice, lightweight hoodie perfect for spring or fall. It's soft and it has a good quality zipper. However, I wish I'd sized up - it fit when I first got it, but shrunk a pretty good amount after the first wash. I can still get it on, but the arms shrunk so much they became uncomfortably tight, so I cut the sleeves off and now use it as a short-sleeve gym hoodie.

I usually waleat 2XL in something like this, I purchased a 3x because I wanted to get it a bit larger for wearing over a tank top when the sun goes down. I'm glad I did. I washed it in warm water and dried it in medium heat but not for long..I took it out before it was completely dried and hug it up ..perfect fit for what I wanted. I am 5'7 and I wanted to cover my belly and my rear end ..it's not too long and just cuts off where I wanted it too. I will order more when they go on sale again. I got ge black and it didn't fade, not wrinkle which is nice. Very comfy and happy to have purchased it after days of searching for exactly what I wanted! Quick Shipping too!

At first I was disappointed because I thought these would be a lot thicker. They are made of very thin almost see through fabric material. However, I found them to be perfect over summer shirts and dresses giving you coverage but not too much added warmth. The style is modern casual.

Have to update my review. I wear these little hoodies daily, and am on to my third round of the exact jacket. This time they ran large! Had to return the 3x and get the 2x. I have not changed in size, but the hoodies did. They are thin - but that is why I like them. Perfect over a t-shirt. Older review was: I followed the other reviewers suggestions, and bought one size up. Fits perfect. The women who state the arms are short are not wrong - they are. I am 5'2," and they hit right at my wrists. Typically a sweatshirt that actually fit around my middle would be beyond the end of my fingertips.

Hoodie is not JMS brand, it is Hanes. Lightweight, which is what I wanted, but because the material is thin cotton this is not the right hoodie for very cold weather. Wish the holes for the drawstring had rivets or reinforced sewing, instead they are just holes cut onto the fabric which cheapens the appearance somewhat (and is why this only gets 4 stars). Washed well and is comfy, size as expected with a good fit for my long torso.

Thin, tshirt-like material and has good stretch. Good quality. Label says Hanes ans is true to size.

super thin cotton jacket, cheap feeling but exactly what I wanted since im a hot blooded girl!

Bought size 1 and I’m normally size Large so it was a little too big but doesn’t really bother me, I like loose fit. The material is thin like I wanted it to be. I bought one black and one grey 100 % cotton (OBS! I don’t think al colors of this hoodie is cotton!) Give 3/5 stars because I miss the stretchy feeling.

I have been looking for a light-weight jersey hoodie for some time, and I have finally found it. The material is light-weight, but not paper thin. Will be perfect for warmer weather wear. Sizing is a bit larger, but I'm glad of that since I didn't want it to be too tight when I wore it. It is not too short in length, and it covers my tummy area, which I am grateful for. Have not washed it yet, but I'm crossing my fingers that it doesn't shrink too much in the washing machine or dryer. Now that I know how it fits, I plan on ordering one more in a different color. My only wish is that they had it in a burgundy or red color. Great hoodie and very happy with my purchase.
