Save Water! Don't Flush!
We attempt to save water in California in any way we can. Being able to not flush the toilets after every use is a definite water saver. I am so happy to not have a urine smell around the toilet but instead a clean smell that's not too sweet or cloying. This is a fantastic product! Everyone on my list will be getting this for a gift in the coming year!

Great product but you have to want green stains everywhere
I LOVE this product. It works like a charm and has helped us cut our water usage in half over the past year. However, I just dumped all that's left in our house down the garage sink and threw the bottles away. The problem is the green color. I can't pinpoint exactly why however the liquid from inside the bottle has found it's way onto the walls behind all of our toilets, inside the baskets where we keep the bottle, onto the rug in front of the toilet and now on the front of the bathroom cabinet where it's stored. ALL of those places are permanently stained. At least I haven't been able to get the color completely out of any of them after trying many solutions. On top of all this, a few pair of my son's pajamas are now stained. There is absolutely NO NEED for the color other than esthetics and it's not worth staining my fixtures, rugs, and clothing for an unnecessary dye in a great product. So, I'll find another solution that doesn't include the dye.

Takes some getting used to but works as advertised and very useful in our drought area.
Should have marked 5 stars as the product works just as advertised but I was under the assumption it looked more like clear water and not blue like most TB cleaners. Don't be surprised at the learning curve, I didn't realize how ingrained the habit of flushing was until the fourth or fifth time I sprayed the product in the toilet and immediately flushed it down. We are in a sever drought so it will help greatly in the long run.

Broken bottles, unable to reach company.
Review of shipping- The dumb employee and sleeping supervisor decided to ship 3 bottles of this with 50 lbs. of cat litter and 1 bottle of suppliments. What were you thinking? They were all 3 completely separate orders. When I tried to call the company to consider making shipping stipulations for their products with Amazon I was unable to reach anyone-left a message. The product when taking it out of destroyed shipping cardboard box, yes it was wrapped in bubble wrap but covered with product, littler is blue and leaking from corners of box, label on supplement bottle is blue. Totally disappointed with both companies-Amazon for being unable to replace the product with new without a gift certificate and all that entails, having to clean up the mess it created (the only reason I order cat litter online is weaknesses due to lyme disease) and dealing with several people employees outsourced in India instead of American workers. Even though when Amazon does hire, they hire temps to avoid benefits and keep families in poverty. I am equally appalled by a company that does not hire an employee to answer phones to recrify problems with individual patrons or answer questions about possible conact toxicity. It burned my arm at full strength removing it from box to photograph.

It works as advertised, however if it sits in the bowl for some time it loses it's effectiveness and another drawback, by letting it sit in the bowl the staining becomes appearant..

Appreciative of the product
I've been using this for 2 years now. It's great for neutralizing the sometimes-strong smell of pee as I try to conserve water by only flushing when there's solids involved -- I looked around for a biodegradable odor-neutralizer, and came upon this, and I've been happy with it. I also appreciate the color, as it doesn't throw off guests when they look in the toilet and find it unflushed. To me, it smells like Sprite, which is a pretty good smell -- anyway, I've gotten accustomed to it, and very much appreciate the product.

Why Flush? Why Bother?
At first, I really liked this product, because it seemed to do exactly what it was supposed to. Over about 2-3 months of using it, however, I have changed my tune and I regret buying it. First, the positives: it has an adequately pleasant smell that masks (but does not eliminate) the smell of stale urine. It also masks the color by turning the water a bluish green. That, however, is where the positives stop, unfortunately. The negatives, in my opinion, outweigh the positives. First--and this is more of a critique of the bottle than the actual liquid--as you use the product over time, it starts to get difficult to spray into the actual toilet bowl because the bottle won't spray when pointed downward. I always ended up having to hold it vertically and pump it a few times, hoping that anything that did spray out didn't land anywhere except the toilet bowl, then I could get a few sprays horizontally into the bowl. A different bottle design that makes it easier to spray horizontally would solve this problem, but even if it did, I still wouldn't use this product anymore because of two major problems with the liquid solution itself.First, it doesn't keep your toilet bowl clean like it says it does on their website. They say it counter-acts the staining properties of urine to keep your bowl clean, but it doesn't. The bowl gets stained just as quickly as if you don't use this product. I feel like that statement is complete and utter hogwash.Second--and this is the prime reason why I dislike it--it stains everything it touches. EVERYTHING. Terribly. We have bluish-green stains in our toilet bowl and anywhere a stray drip fell from the bottle. We typically place the bottle on top of the toilet tank when not in use, which has led to stains on top of the toilet tank, and on the wall directly behind the toilet tank. You'd have to store the bottle in some kind of vessel you wouldn't mind getting stained. I don't know what's in this product that stains so terribly, but no amount of cleaning can get it off. It has bonded on an atomic level with the surface it has stained. We'll have to re-paint the wall and get new toilet tank lids to get rid of the stains. As for the stains IN the toilet bowl, well, those are just there permanently now, until we buy new toilets. If the product actually worked well and came in a better bottle (maybe one that has no chance of letting a stray drip fall anywhere), I could probably get past this, but since it doesn't, I can't. I wish I'd never bothered with this!

Good concept
Works ok, the smell of this started to really get old, and it seems to mask more than neutralize urine odor. It does dye the toilet bowl a tiny bit but comes off super easy.
