charging issue- Bad product not go for this product
Since buy this product it's not charging, I need repair replacement on an urgent basis, amazon just only chat system support not positive results, bad product and amazon support, I need resolution or money back. One star is also not capable but it's compulsory to post other wise it's frustrated and force full to give one star

Battery issue
Battery back-up is low , earlier I use the Panasonic trimmer for almost 10 years that have seperate battery and at one charge I almost use more than 1 month or 5-6 times of usage but this one die after 1-2 times only

Positives 1) looks good 2) Easy to remove and place multiple grooming trimmers Ex : Full size trimmer, Nose trimmer, micro shaver..etc 3) Not much heat generated while using Negatives 1) First time charging for 8 Hrs is too much as per instructions provided on the pack 2) No indication for full charge 3) Adopter is not provided, only USB cable provided 4) Only 60mins Running time, some brands giving 90mins run time Overall it worthy for this price but if it can provide with Chargeing percentage it would be more worthy
