The kit includes all you may need to make your sourdough bread. It's perfect! It has great quality materials and looks like in the photos. I'm a begginer and I had a great experience using each piece of the kit to make my sourdough bread! I loved the fact that you can join the baker's club and get recipes, I tried the starter one and was very usefull for me because it has clear step by step guide and even has tips. I used the mixer tool and its easier than do it by hand. Also I was very excited to use the scoring knife and try new patterns. I mainly bought the kit for the bannetons and they are perfect, solid yet light and you also get a guide for a proper care of it. I find all the tools and info, useful and complete, so far I love Shori bake kit, I will try all the recipes for sure!!!

Nice and good quality products. I just wish there were different packages choices. Like to have an oval banettone instead of two rounds or having an ufo bread scoring tool as a choice. It's great for a beginner Baker. I am happy with my purchase.
